“I always have a great experience at this Wells Fargo branch in Citrus Heights. The staff is very helpful, respectful, and always treat me with kindness. Every time I go, I feel welcomed and well taken care of. They go above and beyond to help with anything I need, and that’s why I’m always happy to come here. I even refer friends and family to this branch, and whenever I bring people with me, they also get the same helpful and respectful service. Truly the best staff and excellent customer service!”

“Well lit. Clean. Recently updated. Has options for $50 & &20 bills.I am grateful to have an ATM here. I do feel a tiny bit nervous walking up to the ATM in the middle of the parking lot. I’ve never had any issues and the area around the ATM is mostly pretty empty so it’s easy to observe your surroundings.”

“After reading some comments here I was reluctant to go to this branch. However my experience was nothing less than awesome. Thank you Tatiana for an amazing and welcoming experience. She also helped me with other questions not related to Citi Bank, I was confused on where to write information about my account on cashiers check that I needed to take to other banks.”

“Some of these comments are ridiculous. Why don’t yall learn to manage your time/schedules better? They do a good job every time I’m here no matter how long the wait is. Thank you to the tellers for always being attentive and trying their hardest.”
