No stars!! I called and spoke to Evelyn to receive a quote. I recently moved from Fl to Ca. I have insurance thru Progressive and just need to update to Ca. Evelyn was VERY negative and rude and seemed like instead of trying to sell me insurance was trying to steer me away. She did and I would NEVER do business with this company. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all!!! She said insurance out here is VERY expensive. Hello, I moved from Fl with is a No fault state and highest for insurance

Small space but looks can be deceiving!It's a smaller location that's tucked between a nail shop and an auto parts store so parking is limited but that means the help you receive is much more personal. I worked with Kristina at this location (she used to work in Rancho so it was great to see a familiar face since I've worked with her before). She was helpful with breaking down policy information and was straight forward and to the point with everything I had questions on. You can tell she's a rep that actually cares, cuts through the confusion and is all about pointing you in the right direction. Both times she's helped me I've left feeling seen and understood, which is the most important thing after dealing with life's annoying nuances. Thank you again to Kristina and the Sunrise location, it's always appreciated!
