They will absolutely hang up on you ever time you try to call to talk to a manager. Store is constantly dirty and the older lady that works in the afternoons is always rude!

One of the employees Mark is the best I just stopped at dollar tree and he was so nice and so sweet he's for sure the best employee so far!! ❤️

Store is pretty organized but staff is terrible. Checker rushing so fast he's loosing track of what he's doing. Forgot to give me the receipt and when I asked for the receipt he answered that he gave it to me went through the bags and did not find the receipt. Bought aluminum pans and they got smashed. Called what I assume is a manager over and she couldn't figure out how to pull up the last transaction to print out a new receipt. Kept trying to give me a receipt that was not mine. Then wanted me to tell them what the exact amount was so they could find my transaction. It was literally the last transaction.

The store only had 1 cashier and there was a long line, I was purchasing 2 items and I put them back and walk out.

Been going to this store for a few years now and while it's not outstanding, it's never been terrible either. Until today. The two cashiers there were horrible! Both of them horrendously rude to customers. One telling a customer they should just leave after starting an argument with her in that line. The one I had was just as bad in her attitude. I'll be going to a different store from now on. Plenty to choose from that'll respect customers when we go there to spend our money.

My visit to this location happened only because EcoThrift was Closed on Sunday... Well the visit to the location was nice and the store had a lot of great items to choose from especially the great selections of delicious name brand candies they have available. The store seems nice but seemed as tho the increase in prices hasn't made it so more employees have flocked to fill out applications leaving the store highly short staffed.Overall I left as though I was a $20 high roller but felt like the idea of having a "Ring this bell" to pay for your items and let me know your ready to checkout seemed nice but if the guy stocking and doing the register is busy or doesn't hear it then people can decide to run or pay.. which there is a lot of running lately then file a loss on it.Thank you still for the great items kiddos have been going bananas over all the great super dupper candy!

Every time I go into the store I just plan on grabbing a couple things, then, next thing I know, I'm walking out with a grocery basket of goodies. Super friendly employees!
