They ban you when you been a shopping here for 15 years and their reasoning was “you shop here everyday and buy too much”. Very unfair especially since me and my family have been shopping here for yearssss

Prices are getting high here. Particularly on hats and beanies. Sports Hat can be old and faded, they price it at 29.99. ridiculous

Awful policy to not allow customers to try things on anymore -- at a freaking thrift store -- and then wouldn't sell me something because their price tell fell off. Do not shophere

I am actually reviewing the store donation policy, which I found to be exceptional. I had several, large unopened boxes when I moved and had no more room for storage. After having Christmas dinner at my house, I decided that I needed to locate my missing serving items & move things around. I put together 2 smaller boxes and decided to drop off at Goodwill in Citrus Heights. When I arrived there, I found that the store was closing and not accepting donations. A sign indicating closest Goodwill is at San Juan and Sutter. I decided to put all the donation items together and make one trip. When I arrived at the location, I was told she is accepting one box or bag. Not in a polite manner. Is Goodwill on its way out? As I was driving home, I remembered the Thrift store at San Juan and Greenback. I thought, what could it hurt to inquire about donations. The store front is clearly marked with delivery times and days. As I was in the delivery window for Wednesday, I decided to go in. It was an outstanding and amazing experience. I was greeted by a tall young man who was so knowledgeable and welcoming. He took a large cart, went out to my car , carefully filled the cart, and then asked me if I wanted a receipt. Quite honestly, I have not been to this store, in the past, as I'm trying to scale down. All my future donations will be delivered to this store. I do believe that some of the items donated were antiques. Thank you for the kind and outstanding service. I'm sorry I did not get your name.

Save yourself the headache and dont go to this location. I would give less than 1 star if i could. Worst experience ever at a thrift store, employees are entitled and will literally swear at you and give you attitude for no reason. I will definitely never go back to this store again.

They have significantly inflated the prices of their items. It's absurd that they receive everything as donations, which costs them nothing, yet they sell these items as if they had personally crafted them in their own factories. On top of that, they closed the fitting room... so null service.

Im guessing it's the manager/opener of eco thrift. She was flying across the entire parking lot almost caused a T-Bone accident. Did not even apologize. This is her vehicle.

Nice stuff for a thrift store. Staff friendly. Wife enjoys this place and I am able to tolerate the crowds. Nice place. I recommend stopping by. Enjoy.

The thing about vintage and thrift stores is that the selection is always hit or miss. After having shopped at the South Sacramento location of Eco Thrift several times, my partner & I decided to check out this location in Citrus Heights. While I didn't find anything that fit my needs, the store did have a decent selection of shoes and clothing, particularly for women. Housewares-wise, I prefer the South Sac location. This location did have some decent pieces of furniture on our visit. Overall, I'd stop in again if I'm ever in the neighborhood just to check out what treasures they've got!

I love this place! So many unique items that I never see at the other thrift stores I never leave without finding several pieces. Employees are usually friendly and cheerful, and best of all, prices are not too bad at all!

This place is a total rip off! They price everything as if it was brand new. $60 for a used WII with no cords or controllers? Do not waste your time shopping here unless you want used goods at full price.

Prices are way too high, almost as much if not more than retail. They also closed their fitting rooms due to a "staffing shortage". That means they don't pay their employees enough money. I used to love this place but now it is just terrible
