Terrible customer service. Couldn’t take us for being 5 minutes late because they were worried about lunch then said couldn’t even give another appointment for a week for a young kid. They changed from eye glass world where we went for years now this new company bought them out with bad business and 0 compassion. We took our son from school left work and couldn’t help with 5 minutes

Ms. Taylor (first name) - provided EXCELLENT customer service today!☺️????... I was in store for 3rd replacement of one of the $89/99 pair of glasses I purchased 2023 from original 2022 purchase - same hinge issue, keeps slipping out of joint ..At any rate, Ms.Taylor overheard my situation speaking with another Optician about why this 3rd replacement I wanted to try a different style/hinge structure - she suggested I look at the Hot Deals section, and not only did I find different hinges, I got my two pair this time, for $39 clearance!!!Both were super cute and sophisticated styles that I like!..Thank you Taylor for listening to and offering appropriate suggestions your customers - you added happiness to my day!!☺️????

I went in to replace my frames, unfortunately the frames I had were discontinued. Taylor spent over 30 minutes calling other stores, and none of them had my frames. As a last ditch effort, she checked if they had the same frame in a different color. Taylor treated me like a valued human, not just a valued customer. She saved me hundreds of dollars from having to buy new lenses in addition to frames. Thank you for all you did for me today Taylor. You didn't have to put as much effort in today, but your kindness will never be forgotten.

Very good attention to detail and really try helping you get the best plan when it comes to contacts and glasses. Michael was super helpful and thorough along with his co-worker a young lady. They helped me extensively today and did not rush me out the door! I will be coming back as to good customer service and a good eye exam too!

I had an eye emergency. I called and spoke to a lovely lady Georgette who not only got me a same day appointment but worked diligently with her team to ensure I received same day lenses. The whole team was professional and efficient. It’s a thumbs up for me ??

Went to buy my contacts online and the prescription that was written is missing the power for my right eye. I called and was told that I don't need that in my contacts. My last prescription was a -1.00 and the optometrist told me that my vision was worse in my right eye. I explained this to the person that answered the phone. She again said that I did not need power in my contacts. I asked her why I needed contacts then. She said someone would call me back which did not happen. I called again and was told that they were too busy to help me and to call back in a couple of days.

The quality of customer service has deteriorated dramatically over the past few years. Managers act professionally in person but over the phone are condescending. Employees of eyeglass world question why you think your eye-ware is too tight after adjusting them slightly. You can overhear conversations about the customer who is still waiting patiently about why they need it adjusted so much. It doesn’t take much to be lack empathy that’s for sure. Thanks.
