Had a battery replaced in my watch about 3 or 4 years ago by them. I got the lifetime battery replacement, had to get it replaced yesterday and had no problem getting it replaced.

Super satisfied customer here! Mia was great at explaining the repair needed for my ring in which I had lost the diamond ( God saved me in a next day finding in my uncles garage yay)! Great job by the Jeweler, and my ring was also improvised by the thickness of the prongs within the crown they replaced!! Yay!! They will be seeing me again for my other repair I've been holding off on as they are much more cost efficient then where I bought my necklace!!

Great price and very quick service. We came in a hurry and we need to get a name imprinted in gold it was very convenient. They helped make our final decision explain to us how everything works and help us find what’s right for us. The employees are amazing to. They showed us every template even if it took them 30 minutes. It made my family happy and I think you guys are making of you easy. Will come back

I've used this store several times over the years. Generally very quick service. I think the longest I've had to wait was about an hour. Very fair prices, and I've not had any issues with their work.

I went in to have four watch batteries replaced I was charged $58 for three batteries and a broken watch they broke my $500 Mark echo watch and chose not to do anything about it other than try to blame me for being broken!
