The male store manager and the entire incompetent staff, who lack a service-oriented mindset and waste customers’ time, must be dismissed. I am also writing to the corporate office regarding a recent incident at their store. The entire staff should be terminated. If you desire better service, consider visiting Staples or UPS store. This establishment is subpar.

Wow great service here! He came out and got my heavy package and printed my label and no waiting and he was so nice! Didn’t get his name but he’s a slim young man with short dark hair. Thank you!

Excellent place for shipping and printing labels. There is a very convenient self-serve kiosk where you can print labels and scan them, then drop them off. Super easy and convenient to use. Great job guys.

She didn’t accept my eBay return said the box is dirty and had hole in it. I got from them the way it is and it’s a retuned I didn’t even package it . His thru accept it first time
The box has stain, you don’t need to be acting like that. She tried to sell us a box from them! Why would we get a box from why when we got a box you guys delivered to as from first time!!
The item was a metal part for car and it’s doesn’t have any kind of fluid.
No wonder your branch got that low reviews
First and last time to visit. Better to go UPS

This store deserves less than one star except for Jesse, who was friendly and helpful. The older gentleman, however, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He wasn’t wearing a name tag and made no effort to assist. He clearly needs training on how to communicate with customers.

We walked in and out IN A GOOD WAY. THE STAFF were all so friendly and helpful and made our 3 large package shipments very easy. Thank you for being kind and helping us & making things so smoothly.

S/o Jesse for his stellar service. This was my first time at this location, and I really appreciate his patience, suggestions on when to ship and how to ship and his customer service. I had a few questions and he didn’t appear to be irritated or impatient, and he really helped me out to make my transaction be seamless and as quick as it was able to be, I will definitely return if other employees follow his lead and are just like him because it was such a positive experience and interaction that I am glad to bring service there.

Went to that FedEx location a couple weeks ago to mail a package. I called prior asking if they can tape up the box I'm sending since I didn't have any packaging tape. I was told as long it was in a box made for shipping. I replied with yes. I get there and an older lady takes care of me. I told her I called on the phone I just need to have this tape and sent. She asked if anything was breakable I said I got a candle. Let's see what you got and she start pulling the box apart. I was like wait what are you doing??? I had it packed and ready to go. She was like this won't make it you need to bubble wrap it. I said I have those sandwich bag looking things that are made for shipping. I'm using the ones I got when I got an Amazon order. She says it's not enough. I said listen I'm taking this someplace else. (I just didn't like the she was handling the stuff I had neatly packed in the box like we didn't care) I wasn't going to give them my business and now I'm not going to give them my business anymore. I go there once a month to mail stuff. Not anymore! I end up going to another FedEx store after I stopped at work (which was out of my way) to tape the box up. The package got to its destination Florida. The receiver I asked was everything intact? Yes. The candle was okay?. Yes
I have sent a lot of packages in my time and they always arrived on damaged.
If you want a good FedEx store? Stay away from that one.

Starting to seem like the young men that work here just make stuff up to cause you an inconvenience. Multiple times I’ve been given the run around on a package with an obscure and fake sounding reason as to why they can’t accept it. I started using a different location and have run into no issues whatsoever. My last straw was when they told me I needed to repackage a factory new item the way fedex delivered it to me 3 days prior. Paid the $15 extra for a box from the store and specifically asked him if I needed to redo my label since the weight will be off, he proceeds to say no and assures me it will be fine and today I woke up to a 55$ charge for a incorrect shipping label on that exact order.
I’d recommend avoiding this location till they get it together.

Steven was outstanding at helping me complete my project. He communicated well as I made changes and delivered the project in a timely manner. Really appreciated working with him! Definitely recommend this FedEx location!
