Friendly staff, quick service. Another Firestone store were rude and told me that they were unable to patch my tire within today, so I came here and this store finished the work in 2 hrs. The staff here are way more friendly and way more professional. A big thanks to all of you!

Oil change, new tires, full inspection, scheduled maintenance, all done very well over two appointments, and the fact that they're open on weekends is a life-saver.

Although it took a bit of time they got everything done. Had my spare tire on and they were able to get to it in order to replace the actual rim. They checked battery as well as oil and various other safety components. They were very open and very nice and respectful.

I came in for a brake fluid flush and tire rotation, and asked for them to reset the service light for the brake fluid service. Got a call saying my rear rotors needed to be resurfaced and front brakes were "beyond repair" and needed to be totally replaced for $800+ , despite having gone to the dealer for an oil change two weeks earlier and having them tell me my brakes were in great condition (and nobody loves selling you unnecessary services like a car dealership). I declined anything having to do with the front and told them to go ahead with resurfacing the rear rotors, and a few minutes later got a call from the service manager saying something was "misinterpreted" and the rear brakes were fine so they were removing the service. When I scanned the info sheet on pickup, there was nothing about the brakes mentioned except they "squeak" - everything else was brake-related was checked off as green/being within specifications, no mention of resurfacing or total replacement being needed. If I hadn't just been to the dealership,I probably would have been scared/pressured into an unnecessary $800-900 service. They also didn't know if my tires had actually been rotated and I had to wait for them to confirm with whoever worked on the vehicle. A few miles down the road my low tire pressure sensor indicated one tire was under inflated. Also...they didn't reset the service light.

Part they installed was faulty. Returned car to shop. Couldn't get another part til next day. Had to miss full day of work. Not good.
