I went to this gym for over a year. And overall it was quite nice, small but for the most part it had everything I needed in terms of gym equipment. Staff was nice. Decently clean especially compared to something like 24 Hour Fitness, although the dumbbell variety was lacking. And like every gym, never enough bench-presses lol.It was called Fitness 19 before, however it as acquired by Lifestyle last year. Despite them increasing the membership cost to even higher than 24 Hour (all while being a significantly smaller gym), almost no improvements were made. Due to the cost and wanting to try out another gym, I canceled my membership back in October of 2023. They make it very annoying to cancel though, you first gotta talk to/call the front desk, let them know you want to cancel. Then they send you an email, you email them back with the information needed and they then confirm your 30 day notice has been processed. All is well until this January, where I randomly see a $39.95 charge on my card from Lifestyle. I never renewed my membership. This is extremely annoying and malicious. And from a lot of other reviews this happens more often than it should (which it never should). Very disappointed and hope this will be fixed, cause otherwise I can't really recommend the place if it's this dishonest.

Love the staff. My trainer Holly is amazing and the manager Mark is super helpful. The customers there just to get there work out in.

I had cancelled my membership back in May because I knew I was moving to Nevada. Thought everything was settled until I realized a couple weeks ago that I was still being charged. They said I had never cancelled my account, I did. So I tried cancelling a second time but since I couldn’t come into the gym due to being out of state, the person on the phone told me to email them. I emailed and restated the issue. The only response was “your 30 days notice has been processed”. I realized that the pay period falls within that 30 days, so I’m going to have to pay AGAIN. That is five months now that they’ve taken my money. The new owners are horrible at customer service and the emails were short and rude. This place had really gone down hill.

Needs to be cleaned. Weights are damaged, bars bent, and mirrors are covered in fingerprints and sweat. Now you have to sign a New Contract after 10yrs as a Member. New prices are 6times higher that previous Rate.

Been with the original Fitness 19 for over 4 years with no issues, the location recently changed ownership, the new owners are rude and obnoxious, hassle me to sign contracts without giving me time to read the contract or letting me at least finish my workout first, the new owners did a price increase and took the money from my credit card without heads up or consent.

I'm kinda ticked off right now. The doors are lockeduring regular business hours. This is the second time it's happened this month. KEEP THE DORS OPEN!!! If your sign and Google, and everywhewre else says that you'ere open during certain hours, then unlock your doors so that the PAYING customers can use the gym.

The new gym is spamming former Fitness 19 members via text and email to come check out the new gym, which is exactly the same as the old gym.

Too much dust. I'm sensitive to it and this place desperately needs an air filter.

Fitness 19 is a good place to work out and the price is great! The staff is friendly and helpful. I gave it 4 stars because the space inside is a little tight, but it works!

When i turn 65 i want to continue working out here because the staff is so friendly. They make everyone, especially the seniors, feel welcomed. Such a great atmosphere! The regular members here do not bring intimidation, but inspiration, since we are all equally pushing ourself to come here to become a better version of ourselves.

I’ve never had a worse experience closing out an account. Over the past several years AFTER canceling with fitness 19, I received bills stating I still owed money. I paid the day I closed out and was told nothing else was needed. I then paid the bill that came, after calling fitness 19 yet again and being told (rudely by their associate) that I never paid my last month. Then I received a collections notice AFTER I had handled this several times over. I’ve spent hundreds to “close” this, only to deal with new people every time who all said the same line, “you never paid last month.” Beware that whoever “closes” your account will not do it correctly and will result in years of headaches. THIS IS THE SAME ISSUE MANY OTHERS HAVE HAD! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!

They need to open up the weekend hours. 8am to 6pm? It's a low key gym without the gym rats.

This gym is extremely clean and has all the equipment that anyone needs from heavy weight lifters to people just beginning in the gym. I am friendly employees and trainers make it very comfortable for first time people in the gym as we know it can be somewhat intimidating just walking into the gym. We are here to help you in every way and achieve your fitness goals!LeighAnna Ross

Terrible management. Came in and Gabriel lied about the fees. I paid the $50 annual fee up front and got 2 months free. Once trial ended I was charged for the month plus annual fee again!! I did not sign up for auto pay nor gave authorization to take out from my account. I said I would come in to pay my monthly dues.

Smaller gym, so less people go there. It's not to busy. Staff are nice.
