Fun experience to shop and we made a good purchase but it was ruined because my daughter had to use the bathroom so badly and they had nobody to unlock it for her. She was panicked and the staff wasn’t that helpful. We had to rush out. They should reconsider their locked bathroom if they dont have the staff to help. Especially with it being a popular store for kids.

I can’t believe I went to return an item at this store and was told they do not accept returns while the manager is on lunch. Are you freaking kidding me. I will never shop at this site again. Now I have to find another store to see if they want to take this cheap stuff back.

The Five Below location I visited was a bit cluttered, which made it harder to browse comfortably, but the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was disappointed to learn that I couldn't purchase a display item. The staff mentioned it might not be restocked, but advised me to keep an eye on the website for updates. While I’m not sure why the display couldn’t be sold, the employee was very helpful and professional, and I don’t fault her for the management’s decision. Overall, the customer service made up for the store's disorganization.

I was accused of stealing ornaments when I did nothing of the sort. I walked outside to get a sip of water from my car, and walked back into the store. I was instantly accused of stealing, and was told I had to leave. I told the woman I stole nothing and she rolled her eyes and went to her co workers, proceeded to snicker and whisper. The private security was called and also the police. I am appalled at this woman's behavior and I will not be returning to this location. Just because I am a woman of color with dreads and my hood up because it's cold outside I was accused of being a thief. Please answer me this, if I stole ornaments plural, why would I come back in the store? She was an African American woman with a fuzzy wig and glasses. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Very unfriendly staff. No customer service skills at all. I said hello to an employee while she was stalking items and she just gave a look as if I was bothering her. Girl at register could be a bit more friendly. Maybe learn from the staff at the Rocklin location. Now they make me want to come back.
