Order was cancelled by this store after they saw my shipping address was different than my billing and because I am black! Walked in to get my BF his PS5 and they told me they haven’t seen any orders that day, lady seemed nervous. 30 mins later my order is cancelled and I called game stop support center and they told me the store cancelled my order. Guess people are used to black people out here…

Tried to do a warranty exchange on a ps5 controller because a button just popped off on my nephew controller that i bought in August. This lady goes on to say this doesn’t apply to the warranty so i ask what’s the point of a replacement warranty then because it literally just broke off, she goes to say that he looks like a rager and she can’t take that back because he broke that. I had no problem taking it to another location but to sit there and say that is absolutely unacceptable and i just dont appreciate it especially when i spent so much money on this item. Will not ever go back and i hope they actually talk to their employee about their attitudes.

Everyone is so helpful and kind. The kids love coming here because the staff are so like hey little man that's a cool toy . The staff here literally acts like it's just friends coming in they are so cool. I have gotten all my kids switches from this location and every time we go in for anything they help us decide what will be the best for for the kids or us. They are extremely helpful in finding where we can get what we are looking for. They are the best

The games have glitches. They don't authorize returns without receipts even though it's got the name of the store on the game. Will never return better off going to Walmart better prices and service
