there are two lines, one for pick up one for ordering? it’s not clear when you first walk in. I went in the wrong line and the man that helped me told me he couldn’t help me because he is running late for lunch. with there only being 2 people it only left one and the same guy who told me he was running late for lunch said they were short staffed which i understand but the other man helping everyone else was SO SLOW!!! you can see him taking his sweet time to look things up, type things out, everything. it’s not a great experience as a customer at all and i’ve only came here 2 times. i will definitely be avoiding this place from here on out.

I have been to this store twice and both times they failed me. Each time I was directed to a computer screen to find my items so they could be ordered for me. Why would I drive to a store to shop on a computer screen. Amazon makes that an easier and less expensive option. I would love to shop brick and mortar and would pay more to do so, but don't ask me to buy off of a computer and then have to come back to pick up my order.

Terrible they don't want calls. Unless wbeen their it's not the easiest to find it walk/park nearby if your disabled.

They have hardware that is hard to track down elsewhere and at reasonable prices. I don’t see anything wrong with a business that provides good stuff.

Grainger is the best thing since indoor plumbing. If you have never held their catalog.....well, let's just say, it's quite impressive.I have on many occasions had the items I ordered delivered within hours of placing the order. Amazing! Nobody does customer service better.

I needed a part quickly. I found it online with one day free shipping, but I stupidly decided to find it somewhere local I could pick it up today. According to the website, this place had 8 in stock. So I left work and drove down there. There was 2 ppl working and both were busy. Fine. So I wait and wait. The dark haired guy with a beard finally helps me. This fool spent an ungodly amount of time flipping through what looked like a N.Y. phone book, but of parts, with the urgency of a sloth. I waited and waited some more. Finally, after all this run around, THEY DONT HAVE THE PART. I walked back out to my car, ordered it on Amazon in about 2 seconds and drove back to work. Smh

Went in there and needed a pulley. The sales rep was a beast and found me one in 1 minute. Also picked up some window cleaner. Best
