“Oh, what fun times it is as an adult... I had some trouble with Fidelity on their mobile app as well as the web browser and I remembered this location is right next to my house. So I came over here today after work and Zach had a friendly face and helped me out.He was training a new guy and I hope that the new guy is as awesome as Zach was. I had a couple questions about my 401(k) and they were both super helpful and professional. I will definitely come back if I have any other questions but if you need help, definitely come here and ask for Zach!”

“Carrie was so helpful. I had to go there twice due to a mistake maybe on both my part and the part of a worker from another location. I could have misunderstood and maybe the explanation wasn't the best. Either way Carrie helped me out and got everything fixed. I think it took 3 hours the first day and a week later was super easy. They seemed to be short staffed so make sure you have an appointment. I didn't and the second time I tried to call to make an appointment but no one picked up the phone. So I just went in super early and had no issues. Parking is easy and plenty of them.”

Just one day I got appointment online for Saturday morning. when I arrived on time, I saw the Bank was closed and many people were came and nobody answered and no information about why they give us appointments and then they were closed? But I still like this branch and that was happened just one time for me.”
