Sadly its very dirty and not organized because not enough people are working there, its definitely a skeleton crew. But the employees are very friendly.

I gave this rating for my visit on 4/24/24. It was early afternoon on a Wednesday. It was quiet as far as customers shopping (not many). The selection of items in this store is still rather generous knowing the lack of consumer traffic. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Love Penny's Great selection of clothes For every age group. Love their jewelry and shoes and purses..Wish they had one in Rancho Cordova. I'd be their alot.
