This is a fabulous new store. The employees are great and helpful. The management is even on the sales floor helping customers. Prices are competitive. With covid, things everywhere are more expensive. I can't wait to see what is new this season.

I love exploring Joann. My favorite playground ? this location looks like new or renovated. Still big boxes on the floor and some parts are not fully stocked. Their interior is different compare to other locations also.

As a crafter, I've got a weak spot for a well-stocked craft store, and Joann's in Citrus Heights did not disappoint! From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was impressed by the incredible selection of fabrics, thread, misc sewing stuff, and helpful service. It's a crafter's paradise! My only critique is that the store can feel a bit cluttered and be prepared for long lines at the checkout counters - this place is clearly popular! But those minor inconveniences are a small price to pay for such an amazing selection.

Store have a lot of good stuff, but there is only 2 people working, 1 cashier and one person who cut the fabric, you can’t even ask for assistance, and a very long line, but over all if you need fabric I’m sure you will find what you need

It was a little overwhelming traversing the store looking for the products we needed. I couldn't quite make sense of how things were organized, and the staff was a very mixed bag. The first lady we asked didn't seem to understand what some basic craft tools were (like Exacto knives!) The cashier was significantly more knowledgeable and helpful, but unfortunately they didn't actually carry the items we were looking for. That said, the cashier was able to give us alternative places to find what we needed, and was super nice.

Waited for 15 minutes with zero service. Others standing around waiting for service. Only employee I could see was working the cash register. How do they stay in business?

Horrible customer service. Came in on 3/17 during the closing shift and the workers there were extremely rude and unhelpful. Never have I felt so uncomfortable and mistreated, I will not be returning. Not only was one worker rude on the phone but she was when we asked her a simple question she gave us an extremely rude and sassy response. We tried to get the fabric cut and they claimed the fabric counter was closed but they continued cutting NEW customers fabric but not ours. Never have I been so stressed during a shopping experience. I felt targeted for my young age and felt unsafe DO NOT GO TO THIS JOANNS.

Big store with a good selection, but corporate doesn't give the staff enough hours to operate the store properly, so items that folks want may be stuck in storage waiting to be put out.

Joanne's has recently moved and been remodeled, and I like most of the changes. The staff however, have had a distinct drop in the level of helpfulness, attitude and cheerfulness. I was there recently, and the two I spoke to were surly and unhelpful

Don't bother with Joann's anymore. The rumors seem to be true. This business is bankrupt and going out of business. It would explain the empty shelves and the hassle to do returns without receipts, even though you have a card etc. and then a manager has to approve it. The cashier started in January of this year and she wasn't even trained on how to do returns because apparently cashiers can't do them anymore. Big red flag. I've been a part of a few store closures and this is one of the classic signs...do yourself a favor and just wait for the clearance sale. It's probably gonna be in just a few months. The manager Mary seemed absolutely checked out and not willing to help. She saw me trying to do a return as a hassle and an inconvenience.
