They store their Liquid Chlorine OUTSIDE in 100+ degree weather. This denatures the Chlorine at an extremely fast rate. Your 10% chlorine very quickly (within a week tops at high temperatures) turns into 2% strength just sitting on the shelf
All they have to do is just store the liquid chlorine INDOORS.
I gave feedback MULTIPLE times to the store management and Lowe's corporate about this over the last 6 months, and what I hear is "I know that its a bad idea, but thats just what our policy is".

I appreciate your response, but I have made my feedback very clear and the action that clearly needs to be taken to earn my business back:
Just move the liquid chlorine inside.
I think that’s pretty reasonable to ask, and about 5 minutes worth of basic research online about how chlorine works will confirm the denaturing of chlorine due to high temperatures.
It would probably also be a good idea for you to reach out to your customer service representatives from time to time and listen to what they are telling you as I know the folks who are staffed to answer the customer care service line are not directly empowered to make sweeping policy changes.
You also should have a conversation with the manufacturer, I am certain that they will tell you the inherent problem of storing unstable liquid chlorine outdoors.

Had a horrible experience at Home Depot in Carmichael off Madison. Should have stayed loyal since we've been coming to Lowes since we bought our house 3 years ago. We've had to make multiple online pickup orders, returns, and exchanges through the last few years during our projects and never had a single issue. We make one order at Home Depot and it's been non-stop issue after issue (if you want to see that drama, see my review for the Carmichael location). They employees here are friendlier and more knowledgable about what they sell. We shared laughs at the paint counter over our shade debocle and they not once seemed annoyed with us continously coming back.

Been some time since I actually stepped foot in the building, many changes to the store as I expected, very scarce on person to person activity however the store had what I needed. I still consider this my go to store for my home needs, step up on greeting your customers; that’s important.

I've been trying to contact customer service via phone to ask a question before heading up there. I need to purchase blinds for my sliding door and have them cut to length and needed to know if anyone was able to cut them after 8 pm. The automated system transferred me to home decor, no one answered. Tried calling again to speak with a customer service associate, still no answer. Very dissatisfied with their customer service at this moment. Hopefully they correct this issue.

Brittney from plumbing helped me big time with finding the right pvc pieces , adapters and valves, she came back with different pieces 3 times! Each time with new things that may help my project, just made me feel she cared about my project and wanted me to be successful. Really the best quality anyone can ever ask for!

Disappointed. Found small electrical box on one isle and none if the electronics that go with it . Ended up at Ace hardware Carmichael where all of the items were on the same isle.
