Impossible to find an employee to help. The employee we eventually found was unable to help us. Had to go to Home Depot to get what we needed.

Had to ask for help twice..both times it was polite and very helpful. Always find what I need at the Citrus Heights store. The man who keeps the shelves stocked is awesome.

I was at this Lowe’s and felt targeted by the Lowe’s employees just because I wore a face mask and hat. I was doing my shopping when I passed an employee (probably a stocker since he didn’t have a vest but had a scanning tool (zebra)) in the isle/area he was at (garden area for reference). I moved down the the lumber sections (the opposite side of the warehouse) and he later moved away from his isle/area and coincidentally found me and came up to me to spark a “conversation” when he did not even attempt to when he saw me in his isle/area earlier. He proceeded to tell me that the isle/area where he and I was at had exactly what I needed. After our “conversation”, he went back to his isle/area. I headed there as he stated that the isle that I was previously at had what I was looking for. Lo and behold, the isle that he told me had it in fact did not (I asked him a few times during our “conversation” and he kept saying yes it is in that specific isle). He also happily and eagerly tried to sign me up for a Lowe’s card/account right then and there mid “conversation”. So mostly like, lost prevention was watching the cameras and told him to go find me and extract personal information from me all because I choose to wear a mask and a hat. Not trying to bring the politics of masking or not masking as you do you but I did and do felt that I was indeed targeted in this incident.

My husband was in the bathroom on Sunday 1/28/24. He was ill and was using a stall when he heard a woman and a man come into the men's restroom. Someone started beating on his stall door and was yelling at him to get out, kept saying "you're homeless get out of the stall!" My husband came out of the stall to see Jose a Lowe's employee that was yelling at my husband still about being homeless and he needs to get out of the bathroom now! We are both Lowe's credit card holders and frequently shop there because we recently bought a house in the area. We will both be closing our credit cards with Lowe's after this interaction and will be making a claim with corporate. Jose was starting to act violent with my husband and there was almost an altercation. Management didn't seem to really care about the incident when my husband brought it to their attention right after it happened. How dare you Jose for being that unprofessional to a customer and getting loud. I will see you soon!

3.8 ⭐ and dropping. By far the worst Lowe's store ever. As a professional contractor who use to spend gobs of money here I will no longer be shopping at this store quite possibly any Lowe's. How can you not return a two month old water heater that continues to stop working. They are purposely not crediting contractors accounts with their purchases so they don't get their bonus points. $25k purchase supposed to get 1.5% back and the only thing I hear from them is we're working on it for months. Special order doors that don't fit the openings. And zero help. Management needs to be replaced. The only time I saw this store stocked with people is when corporate was doing a store walk recently. That's the only day you can find somebody to work just make sure you go on a day when corporate's doing a job walk and maybe someone can attempt to help. With being able to purchase stuff online and other local hardware stores I would think that their customer service would be so much better especially the contractors that are in there on a daily basis.

My experience with Lowe's on a recent kitchen renovation has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite an investment of over $20,000, the litany of issues encountered has left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. From the outset, miscommunication and a lack of transparency plagued the project. Despite meticulous planning with a representative named David, his sudden departure without notice led to significant oversights and additional, unexpected expenses during the transition to Annette. The problems only escalated from there. Drywall damage during the demolition was known but never communicated to me, and the responsibility for repair was conveniently omitted from the contract. Attempts to address this issue with the IST Department were met with unhelpful responses and a promised call from manager Charity that never materialized. Adding insult to injury, my explicitly stated preferences were ignored. The removal of my dishwasher, taken without consent during the renovation, has resulted in weeks of unreturned calls and unresolved issues. Surprise charges for a plumber during faucet installation and additional fees for microwave parts and installation further underscore the lack of transparency and professionalism. Despite lodging a formal complaint with Lowe's customer service, my concerns have gone unaddressed for over 21 days. The frustration reached a tipping point, after emailing Jessie and Paul (apparently the store managers) for over 21 days also, leading me to involve Annette and David in the communication thread, as it seems the involvement of all parties within Lowe's is necessary to prompt any form of attention or resolution. In light of these ongoing issues, I am now compelled to seek legal counsel and report Lowe's to the Better Business Bureau. This experience serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering Lowe's for their renovation projects. The lack of accountability, disregard for customer concerns, and hidden costs have marred what should have been a straightforward and pleasant experience. Beware of Lowe's - a company that has not only failed to meet expectations but has also left me with no option but to pursue legal avenues for resolution.

Finding an associate to assist that isn't busy ignoring customers can be a challenge. Literally two of them standing there talking completely oblivious to customers trying to get their attention.

I like Lowe’s because they have everything and more! I always find what I’m looking for and always see new innovative things that inspire me. Customer service is always friendly and there when you need it and they don’t bug you when you just want to look around. I keep late hours so I appreciate them staying open late. I believe it’s 10pm every night. BTW, glade holiday scent plug ins are 75% off right now.
