Leo is literally the best. He was all by himself on a Saturday and helped numerous people, multi tasked to get the line down and also was patient and kind to my mom with Parkinsons. He made sure we had all we needed and took the time to help us. He also didn’t complain once and did it all with a positive and upbeat attitude despite being the only person working all day. Seriously the best customer service person on your team!

Leo is extremely knowledgeable & professional. I came in 10 mins before closing, Leo was working solo and several customers came in right after me. Leo helped me take care of several account issues thoroughly & quickly and didn't even skip a beat. Definitely management material! I appreciate the great customer service, thanks Leo!

This place is a joke. I went in for one thing and was told something totally different and found out through customer service that what I wanted was available. The pos retail maggot told me the promotion wasn't available in california. Wrong! Told me I would have to go out of state. Wrong! 3 miles away. Then I find out that the store that o went to wasn't owned by the same owner as the one that had stock. Wtf!? So that's why he didn't call because it was not connected to them. Straight up bs. Will never use Metro again and screw that store and the pos that helped me. Dontletme catch you outside.

Cooperate MetroPCS by T-Mobile store so treats existing customers so badly like (s..t). If you're not a new customer you better go with another wireless service. MetroPCS by T-Mobile has no cellphone deals for you. I have started to cancel all of our phone lines with them. Lots of other service providers with same or cheaper price. Thank you for treating customer that has numerous numbers with you since you started in Sacramento CA so badly.

Worst customer service ever!!!Zero stars!!!!!I walked in this store to get a new phone as mine crapped out, and was ready to drop $300+.Apparently nobody can help you reset your pin even though the website states differently. They have to be able to text you, which is impossible if the phone is already broken. They told me there was no way to help me and I would have to start a new account with a new phone number.I WAS a customer of Metro for 15+ years, but now I'll be finding a new carrier and when I mentioned this possibility to Mariana she said, "you could go do that" in a condescending manner.Like, what?! I've worked in customer service for 20 years, you don't say things like that to a customer if you want to keep them. No empathy from Mariana or the young guy "helping" me who needs to work on his soft skills.The people managing this store and their employees have run it to the ground; this used to be a great store with excellent customer service about 10 years ago. The people who work here don't even want to be there, you can tell and it's not hard to hide it. But its sad when you cant be bothered to do your job which is helping the people who PAY for your service.I drove from Folsom to come to this store because they used to be good and take care of you.You lost a long time customer.

First person that helped us was very nice and helpful. I had to go there a few more times and the other people aren't as friendly and you go inside no hi or hello. Rude... This location used to have good service not anymore.

I hope I spell your name right Mariana and every employee at the store today Saturday 4/15/23 are the absolute best. You couldn't ask for better treatment when your five year old throws up all over the store. Thank you very much for giving us top notch service in a trying time. Recently got a new Moto 5G phone and I'm always having problems I can't call out and I have to reboot this phone all the time. I took it into the corporate store and he said he refreshed MI-Connection well it's back to doing the same old thing so now I got to go back again tomorrow.

Walked in ready to add to my surplus. Two employees not doing anything, didn't have what I wanted and and simply would not sell me a sim card because they had better things yo do for $10 sale. Forget this place not worth the trip

The hours said open till 8. I got there at 745 and they are closed. I was really needing for them to be open as it was the only free time I have within metro hours for the week. Please update your hours metro.

People I called said they could not hear me I was breaking up. If I needed to call 911 they would not hear me. I decided to go to the Citrus Heights location, Daisy at that location, was amazing. I thought it might be a sim card issue. Daisy indicated that was not usually the problem. She asked several questions, and found the microphone just needed a dusting. After she cleaned the phone, she went behind the wall to test, it was fine. She then suggested what I could do to keep it clean and functioning well. That is amazing customer service! Thank you, Daisy, Metro is lucky to have you as are your customers.
