“I always read several reviews before I write my own. There were some good ones, but far too many bad reviews. Are "you people" just negative all the time? Do you ever find the "good" in situations that may not have ended as you had hoped? Take this as a lesson. The customer service is usually only as good as you allow it to be. People are doing their jobs as best as they can. They aren't making $90k for listening to your whining. Most mistakes are probably made by you in the first place, so stop complaining. Today my wife and I were at teller window #1. I usually don't come inside - prefer online for everything. But we needed a copy of a rent check due to a dishonest slumlord (Paramount Realty, Gurinder Bains) who said we paid rent a few days late. Wrong! Check deposit even shows the creep had the check in his greedy little hands on the 5th (so not late). Anyway, JAN was terrific. JAN was very professional, yet friendly. JAN seemed to take a personal interest as to what kind of day we were having. JAN has worked there for about a year and a half (I asked), and I doubt she is making $90k. But guess what - you whiners and complainers ... JAN didn't have to be so nice to my wife and myself. It's something called reciprocity. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at CHASE today ... because JAN gave my wife and I great customer service. So, the next time you want to give a one-star review, realize this: if someone was reviewing YOU, you may not even rate one star. Do you really think you're that great at what you do? Be kinder, be nicer, and be prepared for a better day. Thanks for listening.”
