The staff here are incredible! If you're looking for the gold standard of customer care and fast friendly service this is the place, the help me and my mom got here today was so awesome, they're really hard working and I hope management has incentive for the people that keep this store looking clean and working so hard, il definitely be back thanks again! :)

It is nice to have a physical store to see an item before you purchase it. I like going to this location the staff seemed knowledgeable and efficient.

Sergio the ‘manager’ definitely doesn’t act like a manager. Received defective jeans and he would not accept the return because he cannot resell them-well I hope you wouldn’t resell defective items. I still can’t believe the nonsense. What kind of manager pushes down customers away from returning defective items? Customer service and returning customers is more important than your policy that you’re upholding on defective items.

They do deserve 5 stars for the online portion. The store is really full. It makes it hard to find things. I imagine it is the shoppers disrespect that causes the store to look so messy. However the staff are always super friendly. Manager Sergio was so helpful with the items I was unable to find or were out of stock.

Old Navy gets credit for being an affordable place to cloth you and your family. They offer a lot of cotton options! They offer jeans & tees looks, casual dress, athletic wear and pj's for every age! You can use coupons and earn Old Navy bucks for further discounts!The Citrus Heights store is always clean, organized, and well stocked!

Today I was there and I bought jeans and hat. Price was very good and price is affordable for me. The lady she helped me was very professional and polite. Hundred percent I am satisfied .
