Party City in Citrus Heights offers party supplies for every occasion. The staff were very nice and had extensive knowledge on party stuff. This place is a one stop shop with a very nice variety of things for parties. Items was organized and able to get quickly; some found what they wanted in 15 minutes. The team replaced items when not available and they get different items for you. a bit pricey but nothing crazy. You able get Zorro hat and cape, Dallas cowboys napkins, and some party supplies.
