Hello, I was really impressed with Andrew when he assisted me as a new customer at this location. I have rented with Public Storage before and his professional attitude and friendly customer service make me feel very welcome to do business again with your company. Many thanks.Update: Jacqueline helped me today to secure the unit. This was an easy process getting set up and she was friendly in answering all my questions and even helped me set up the app on my phone. I could not ask for better service. Well done.

Jacqueline was absolutely amazing… so helpful. Literally walked me to my unit, helped me open it, explained the insurance process, met me back at the front to show me how to operate the gates with the app, and took the time to sell me several specialty boxes I needed. I couldn’t be happier with the service.

The staff at this location is excellent. They are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. But, unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the Public Storage company.Public Storage is a greedy company that only cares about taking as much money from its customers as possible. No matter how long or how good of a customer you are, they will continue to raise your rent. It's like being penalized for being a good customer that needs extra space.To make matters worse, they will raise your rent well above the unit's market value. So even when the trending market value is only $150 to $190, they will charge you over $300, and there is no cap on how much they will raise it.If you need long-term Storage, beware of their six-month hold on your rent. After that, they will increase it by $60 to $90, which is outrageous.It's clear that Public Storage is outside the business of helping customers. Instead, they focus solely on squeezing their clients into as much money as possible. This is an atrocious business practice and is reflected poorly on the site managers, who are fantastic hosts.It's a shame that the staff at the rental location are associated with such a terrible company. Public Storage doesn't care about its customers; they only care about its bottom line and how much it can make.I've even tried contacting the district manager to express my concerns, but so far, I have not received a reply. It's clear that they do not care about their customers or their satisfaction.In conclusion, I strongly advise against using Public Storage for your storage needs. Their terrible business practices and complete disregard for their customers are unacceptable.

I recently rented a space at this Public Storage location and was pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was and how well maintained and secure the storage facilities are. I had the pleasure of meeting Raenell, the manager, early-on and she's always been so welcoming and friendly.

Ranell is the best!! We came back here after leaving in 2015 specifically....because of her and our great experiences we've had with her. Also recently Andrew fixed my storage door on a weekend that broke in the middle of loading up my things and we had to put a spare lock on it until he fixed it that day. I was most appreciative that he got on the task right away. ???

UPDATE: Finally got a hold of the district manager and was able to handle my problem quickly and we are now good to go. Thank youUnfortunately am going through a bad experience working with management and upper management they charged me for an extra month that I wasn't even in the unit for. The site manager along with another site manager confirmed that I shouldn't be charged for this. Requested a refund got denied from someone and when I try to contact the district manager he never answers or respons to my email. Terrible customer service.

After a night of shear terror of calling customer service support line and then not able to find my account, they insisted I go into the nearest PS to see if they could help. Raenell was not only patient with me but got the job done with a smile! Couched me down from my ledge and immediately got on the phone to figure it all out. The PS in which I was renting from in another state had got bought out and didn’t tell me! The tears and joy that came from that finding ending with the most needed hug from Raenell! I could NOT have asked for a better person to be on the other end. If I could give MORE stars I would!! Customer service with a human touch! Highly recommend this Public Storage!!!

BEST service from any storage facility I’ve ever dealt with. Super helpful knowledgeable and friendly staff. Always clean inside and outside units alike.They actually have a cart or 2 available to use unlike most facilities where it’s maybe 1 or none and usually being used if they did. Recommend this location over any other public Storage location

Just got my unit today and Raenell the manager was awesome and helpful as well as extremely kind. Very easy to talk to and all around had a great experience. I would recommend the 6041 Sunrise Vista location to anyone! Thank you Raenell!
