“Jannay made our first home purchase easier than we could've ever imagined. She has a tremendous amount of knowledge regarding areas in greater Sacramento area and knows how to narrow down the search based on your wants/needs. Jannay made herself available whenever the timing worked with our schedules to view homes that we were interested in. Jannay also played a large role in our negotiations to ensure we felt comfortable with the final price and condition of the home. Whatever we needed throughout the entirety of the home buying process, Jannay was one text or call away to provide immediate feedback and assistance. We would definitely recommend Jannay and will be using her for any future home purchase.”

“I appreciated Mike’s ability to get things done. Even when the hick-ups came via my status, he had a game plan and a way to push forward and not give up. We have used him 2 times, buying a home which was a nite mare almost 2 years ago and now a refi. Buying situation in Sacramento itself as prices were fluctuate ing up so fast it was hard to keep up for 4 months but we landed the perfect home in a great neighborhood with awesome neighbors at the right interest rate for that time. Needless to say interest rates are historically low still today and because they are rising you need to see Mike Riley and take advantage of these low interest rates today. Thank you for pushing through when I was ready to give up!! My experience of house buying has taught me to trust God first and the impossible will be possible. Thanks Mike for being a part of that journey. ?R & M”
