This review is based on my experience with Russell Chester.My husband and I have been members of SAFE for 13 years and have never had a single issue banking with them until last week. We both made numerous attempts to have our issue resolved, and we were told by several people that there was nothing they could do to help us.I made one final attempt to have our problem resolved…… and I’m truly thankful I did. Russell was not only kind, but he went above and beyond to come up with a solution to our problem.SAFE would do well to hire more people like Russell…… people who actually care about their customers and realize that those customers have entrusted their hard earned money into the hands of this Credit Union.In times like these, every dollar matters to people trying to support their families, pay bills and make ends meet. Russell, thank you for recognizing that.

I had to get a debit card last minute about five minutes before they closed and they were still able to get me a card and were nice. Thank you guys!

Wonderful experience as usual banking with this institution. Superior customer service when needing notary services and opening 2 additional accounts. Fast and speedy. Kind. Respectful. Nothing negative to say about this location. As a credit union, I wish they'd get on the Zelle train and have more options for their debit cards than the standard blue and white they recently went to, but that's all.

I came here to open an account and stood at the front desk for 15 minutes without being acknowledged. One female employee looked at me a few times and said nothing. Absolutely felt ignored so on my way out, I told the branch manager Derek Gore that I would not be banking here, if this is any indication of how their customer service is. Totally unfriendly vibe so I'll be opening a checking account with a bank that values customers, or at least greets them. Would not recommend!

The branch manager, the cashiers & their manager & all other employees are THE MOST AWESOME employees I have ever encountered. They are very helpful, help walk you thru any problem you're having, explain in layman's terms how things work, they do not try to sell you anything you don't want.I got scammed & Kim Reed was there for me the whole time they investigated.Everyone there are very, very understanding in all aspects.KUDOS to the branch manager. He hired a wonderful staff.

My visit here to the ATM drive through was quick and easy plus I really like that the location is on a corner so it makes nice to stop in get your banking done then make your way out without any issues.Overall the location looks great and is doing really well but unfortunately the inside on the entrance always seems to smell of a molded floor like there is some kind of water leak or rain water that collected and never drained or was floor cleaned by a carpet company.. Hopefully this will be repaired soon as mold triggers hive reddish colored cheeks for me.

Horrible staff, came in for a withdrawal and got asked about my credit card payments and if I wanted to set up auto payments because it was a day late and I had already posted payment earlier that day. I don’t want to be questioned on my finances when I’m just trying to take out money to pay bills
