Terrible customer service and lack of professionalism from young lady with long black hair who replaced my screen protector.Unfriendly, and constantly checking her phone, and actually answered a call while I’m sitting there, real short with person who asked her what she was doing.. she grumpily answered “changing a screen protector.”Guess good customer service isn’t a pre-requisite for employment at this location.

Walked in no one greeted me on Sunday the 10th. The whole store reeked of weed. The staff seemed high. This is not the first time I experienced this. T-Mobile definitely doesn’t drug trust and this is very unprofessional will never return.

The service attitude is extremely bad, maybe because we are Asians, we were cold-faced throughout the process. We need to change our plans, but the result is that we are treated indifferently. The employees here need to be trained again.

7.30pm my husband and I decided to see what offers, the store was empty 3 employees just talking, one of employee ask us what we need, literally she just said, I’ll have to access your account to see ( is this not her job?) sorry T-MOBILE employees to bother guys. Horrible costumer service ??????????

Waited double the time listed even after calling support ahead of time. All I needed was a home modem swapped out. My son needed to use the restroom and it was not available to the public.I am a customer and was livid. Almost an hour wasted. I will never go here ever again.

I went to the T-Mobile store on greenback Lane to get some assistance with my email address, Blake the store associate help me figure out my problem and took excellent care of my situation. My hats off to Blake definitely a five star employee. Thank you very much. !

First of all, don’t believe all the negative reviews you see here, people love to complaint about nothing , but very few reallyLeave a comment when something good happens. So here is mine :Went in late evening to possibly upgrade phones with my husband.Rodney, the store manager, was very informative and laid out differences between a few options we had, and price difference as well. He is very knowledgeable, and has such great customer service. Upgrade and the transaction was a breeze with Malik as well, got our new phones working in no time and explained what he was doing during the process . I will be a forever customer at this location just because of the service we received today.Thank you again for your professionalism Rodney and Malik !!

This place has you wait for over 30 minutes to get seen by someone. I tried to cancel an account mo ths ago and no one could help me. Finally able to do it today and they told me they are still going to charge me another month for canceling today! Go get your phone line somewhere else. Tmobile has gotten really bad after expanding. That's why I went somewhere else.

I have never had service with TMobile. The funny thing is that ALL of my personal information was found in their data breach. I called their customer service. They said they couldn't help me and to go into the store. I went to the store and they couldn't help me either. Funny they couldn't find my information in their system, but it was leaked in their data breach. SOMEONE ISN'T DOING THEIR JOB CORRECTLY!!

No customer service . The employee by name Marc Alexander at the Costco kiosk, is not professional. Husband and me spent close to 2 hours bought 2 phones and he only signed 1, I was waiting for my phone and nothing, until we went back to Costco for 3rd time today, 3/27/23. First time 3/22/23, 2nd time 3/22/23. I called him 5 times and TX him and no response, what kind of employee, I told him that I want PINK color and no problem today the other employee by name Robert. Said T mobile has Black color Only. Well by this time the manager at Greenback at citrus heights knows what happened. I think Marc is gone from t-mobile, don't trust Marc anymore. Not a business person.

I visited this stostore 4 times, first 2 times to inquire about T-mobile home internet and I was very pleased, and bought it on the second visit, very nice customer service. The third visit was to inquire about a promotion I received by email and was very happy with the true advices I received. Today I went to get the promotion and was surved by Malik, from the beginning he was not willing to help, pushing me to what I don't want to buy, and when I insisted on what I wanted, he left me and went inside, I waited for him, he came out went to someone talked to him and went back, came out the third time locked to words me and went in. He was absolutely unprofessional like his colleagues.Guys when you read Malik on the badge ask for someone else.

Brianna and Tristan are amazing!!! Both super knowledgeable and fast. They made switching over to T Mobile and setting up our family plan much easier. We had had some frustration previously, but these two got everything done perfect. They were able to explain each step of the process and made sure we completely understood. Amazing customer service!!! Brianna and Tristan are exactly the kind of employees that create happy customers!!
