I must have been invisible! I was next in line for a pick up. Someone walks in behind me and the owner comes out and points to the guy behind me and asks if he has a pick up, completely ignoring me! The owner indicates the order is not ready but he will get right on it. I am standing there with my arms wide open but it will never matter no worker ever make any eye contact. When I finally get up to be helped I indicate I must be invisible as I told the owner I was standing there but he helped the guy behind me instead. He then turns to the Door Dash guy and blames him for some reason. Never a I sorry, never taking ownership, just a bunch of nothing!!! I live around the corner but you will never see me in that shop again! 1/15/23.

The man making my sandwich misheard me when I asked for light ranch and spread mayo all over the sandwich. He makes the mistake and the first time I kindly ask him to just re make the sandwich he immediately says to get out we won’t serve you.

I love this Subway. I go here twice a week in the mornings. Ardy, the owner, is the nicest person and makes the best sandwiches, quickly and accurately. This store is located inside our local Walmart and I order on my phone app when I pull into the parking lot for my midweek sandwich. It's ready and waiting 99% of the time when I walk into the store. We do our grocery shopping on Saturdays. The Subway is located near the entrance of the Walmart and the owner always says hi and waves if he sees my wife and I entering the store. He knows me by name and can even make my sandwich from memory (I get the same every time). It's extra things like this that create loyal customers. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Listen. I like Subway don't get me wrong. The girl who helped me was very sweet and engaging. Very rare customer service skills nowadays. It is true.Do I believe the product received is comparable to the price it is sold for? Absolutely not.To watch that girl take so much time making sure there wasn't one more 1/3 of an olive slice too much was cringe worthy. How they have to make sure the lettuce is slimly scattered over a footlong and make sure the measuring cup of chicken wasn't over filled. How they stretch each product across the bread as to not "pile" it on is almost humorous. A. The time it takes. B. The chicken doesn't even cover a footlong size bread. Thats Jenns thoughts for the day. P.S. I didn't pay. ?. P.S.S. Only time I go to Subway.Have a great day.

Worst subway. I go here a lot because it's convenient when I get groceries. Every time I come here there is two young blonde lady's who work here who have the worst attitude. And apparently they don't take coupons anymore. Every time I come here I use coupons but today they said they can't take them without any explanation. I always have to repeat myself because their too busy talking to each other. No smiles or thank you from them, just attitude.
