I'd like to give a HUGE thanks to Mike and Henning, they were associates at the 3rd TMobile store I had been to in one day. Due to a complicated cell phone carrier switch, the previous 2 stores I had went to were either unable to help or unwilling to help. When I came into this TMobile store, I was so overwhelmed and on the verge of crying thinking my situation would never be resolved. Mike and Henning were so professional and friendly and were able to help me with my complicated situation. I will gladly make the 20 minute drive to this location in the future because of their professionalism, Thanks again!!

Came in today to pay my cellphone bill, was helped by Henning, he was super nice and professional, and this was such a better and positive experience,unlike at the other location in my neighborhood!!!Will be coming here from now on, and please use Henning as the bar for what a good employee should and could be!!!!?

Horrible manager. Mike refused to waive the restock fee on my defective watch with customer support on phone guerenteeing his obligation to do so. ("I dont have to do anything") Then lied about the remorse period as well as return policy wich requires you to bring the product back to that specific store.

Went in to have someone look into a possible. Young man with curly brown hair and a beard indicated he could help. I was trying to find some notifications I'd received and he asked to see my phone. He quickly scrolled through the notifications and pressed a link that deleted them all. I asked if he just deleted all my notifications and he said he did. I said "and you didn't even ask". He pushed my phone back at me and said "fix your phone yourself".He needs to go back to customer service training. I had notifications there that I hadn't taken care of yet and had he asked, I could have taken a look and noted to myself which ones I'd need to remember.The young lady at the counter, on the other hand, was very nice to deal with

Today Sunday 5/21 my friend and I had the pleasure of being helped by Stephon at the T Mobile store in Sunrise Mall. My friend thought she had deleted all the photos. Stephon was patient, so very helpful, reassuring and kind. We are seniors and he had to repeat and review until we understood. Can't thank Stephon enough for his patience and help with two old gals. T Mobil hope you are aware of this mans potential.

From day one when I signed up for a promo special to get a really good rebate on my phone that was brand new I just wanted a new or one they lied to me out the door. They told me my phone was going to be worth over $1000 And they ended up giving me 150. When I brought it to the attention of the manager they said that I must have not listened correctly and that it was my fault that I didn't pay more attention or ask the right questions. Reminded me that everything is in writing and that I should have read my contract more closely

I am late in posting my review from my first ever visit to a TMobile last week. Ironically, it was the guys over at Xfinity who recommended I connect my old LG phone (Xfinity doesn't support LG) to a pre-paid TMobile account to resolve the issue with porting over my personal Google Voice number that we used for business until June 27th when Google did away with their "Legacy Voice" accounts and created our nightmare of phone not ringing to my cell phone, missed calls, no ability to leave voice mails and more. It took me two weeks of going in circles with Googles useless "contact us" tabs to find a feature to pay $40 to speak with a live person to waste an hour of my time before finally reaching someone 3 hours later who suggested I port my Google number to a carrier and then port it back. After explaining all of this to Shayne at TMobile, he got right to work helping figure out the best plan and options to minimize further costs and headaches. Shayne was patient, friendly and professional and my visit ended in a mutual high five. It is exceedingly rare to get this kind of service these days and after all I had been through with Google and Xfinity, it was GREAT to get someone so helpful. Anyone looking for TMobile service should go see Shayne.
