This Target is consistent in service, keeping its stock available and in cleanliness. I only don’t like leaving the parking lot, but that isn’t the stores fault, they didn’t design it.

I came into your make up department and a young lady worked with me. I cannot remember her name. It started with a C she had bright red hair.
I’ve been having a lot of problems with my skin lately and she referred me to a product and explained how the product worked. She was very polite and knowledgeable about the products. She took her time to help me find the right product for me since then my skin has completely cleared up. I just wanna say thank you so much for referring me to the proper product for my skin type. I had no clue what I was looking for. She was friendly knowledgeable and didn’t act irritated with Me and all my questions. Thank you so much for taking your time with me.

The worst Target I've been to in the Sacramento area. It's a huge store in a good location, but there are always massive lines. I have never once seen more than 3 cash registers open. During Memorial Day weekend, I only saw 2 open! And the most frustrating part is they only allow you to use self-checkout if you have less than 10 items! And they have an employee who does nothing but check if you have more than 10 items, and they will refuse you from using self-checkout if you have even 1 item over. They literally caught me with 11 items and made me leave the line after I had waited 15 minutes already! How can they afford to hire someone to police the self-checkout, but they can't hire a third casher for this HUGE store!? The corporate greed is overwhelming. Shop anywhere else, don't waste your time here.

It’s not ok for employees to automatically check the “save for later” on our rewards points so they expire and we never get to use them. I just saw on the screen that I have lots of points and without even asking the checker clicked to skip using them.

I purchased a Terra sparkling water maker in Citrus Heights, this product appears to be used before. Very nasty. I will never ever visit Target Store in Citrus Heights!

I stopped into this target at 11 AM on a Wednesday to get some traveling essentials that I need for a flight that I have tonight to Guatemala. The store is really pretty massive so it took me a while to find everything I needed. when I got to the front, there were only two checkers working and the south checkout line each having at least 20 people in line. A very rude woman who had a return cut in front of me, saying she only had one thing, but that's obviously not targets fault. after waiting for 15 minutes the checker had only made it through three patrons so I was forced to leave the line and abandon my cart so that I don't miss my plane. i'm incredibly shocked that for a massive target of this size they are only having two workers... Such a cluster !!!!! definitely will not be returning to this location and now I am leaving for my trip without anything that I need. this is why people are shopping online now because stores are understaffed and crowded with rude people.

We picked up an online order. When we were walking out, we looked in our bag and found the boxes of the items were purchased were open. When we went to customer service they refused to help us and gave us the customer service number to call instead. The manager was no help. Make sure to check all online orders at the counter.

I ordered a set of headphones with noise cancelling capability, for curbside pickup. I was given the wrong type of headphones, same brand but without the noise cancelling capability. I had to go back to the store, inside the store, to return the headphones. I was then able to buy the correct headphones at the Electronics department. After getting home I discovered that my refund for returning the wrong headphones did not refund the bag fee they charged me for giving me the wrong headphones. I should not be charged for being given the wrong headphones; the bag fee should have been automatically refunded and was not.

The biggest thing that sticks out of this Target compared to others, is how extremely under staffed this location is. Especially for the check-out registers. Every time I come here it's busy and they only have 2 registers (plus the self checkout) open. This seems to be the only target that struggles with that, especially for a Target that's busy as this.
