I stopped into this target at 11 AM on a Wednesday to get some traveling essentials that I need for a flight that I have tonight to Guatemala. The store is really pretty massive so it took me a while to find everything I needed. when I got to the front, there were only two checkers working and the south checkout line each having at least 20 people in line. A very rude woman who had a return cut in front of me, saying she only had one thing, but that's obviously not targets fault. after waiting for 15 minutes the checker had only made it through three patrons so I was forced to leave the line and abandon my cart so that I don't miss my plane. i'm incredibly shocked that for a massive target of this size they are only having two workers... Such a cluster !!!!! definitely will not be returning to this location and now I am leaving for my trip without anything that I need. this is why people are shopping online now because stores are understaffed and crowded with rude people.

The biggest thing that sticks out of this Target compared to others, is how extremely under staffed this location is. Especially for the check-out registers. Every time I come here it's busy and they only have 2 registers (plus the self checkout) open. This seems to be the only target that struggles with that, especially for a Target that's busy as this.

I've been going to this target for years and I never have a problem with the staff. But it seems they are extremely overworked these last few months. Constantly having one member working the registers and having another work guest service and also assist self checkout. I've waited in pickup lines for over 20 minutes due to the high volume of customers mixed with a severely understaffed frontlines floor. This is how you lose good employees, hopefully something can change soon.

I do love Target but the parking lot is filthy! Trash everywhere. It just looks bad. Inside the store is always pretty well kept. The trash outside tells me that a power class of people shop here now. Walmarts parking lot is cleaner!

They hardly have anything in stock. It's a big location. The staff are friendly. The bathrooms are filthy. Parking is big. Wheelchair accessible parking and entrance.

This time it seems they got my curbside order correct, but only after making a second trip back into the store to get the last bag of item type purchased. Very unfortunate they don't have an option to use my own bags. If you return the bags they have brought to your car they throw them away. No recycling. It is very common that only one or two items are put in a bag. My last order had 13 bags, at least twice as many as necessary. More time than not they do not complete the order, items are missing. If they didn't use up so many bags, maybe they would have less chaos in their staging area and be less likely to lose track of people's orders. It's common that they do a terrible job at bagging. If a customer calls the store and then gets hung up on 5 times in a row what is the deal? I guess do not pickup the phone and do not sell more items......Sad day here!

This Target has gone downhill in the past six months. The drive-up team has basically given up. We routinely don't get our full order -- it's probably every other time now, and it's not just one thing, it's an entire bag worth of stuff. They frequently list something as "out of stock" after you order it at a rate other Target stores don't; I'm assuming the workers here just decide they don't want to go look for something, so they list it as "out of stock." The two stars are for the fact that it's one of the cleaner Targets on the inside. Otherwise, it's very subpar.

This Target location has a great selection and fair prices. I love that the Target Store is clean and well maintained. The service is excellent. Target Team Members go above-and-beyond to be of assistance to their customers. And, they have a Starbucks inside! Incredible! Highly recommended!

I have been very very sick a couple of times this year and one time I left my cane in the shopping cart at Target and so those are the only reasons I would call the store but this store never ever ever answers the phone and additionally when you tell them about it at the customer service desk when you check to see if your cane is there in person, they lie and tell you they're having issues with their phone and computer system and they're all connected and blah blah blah. And then 2 months later you called again and they don't ever answer the phone. In fact you can choose any department which I have done and no department will answer the phone. Additionally, the pharmacy opens at 9:00 a.m. most days, and if you call regarding an urgent prescription because you have pneumonia, they're recording says they're currently closed until well past 10:00 a.m.Additionally the estimated fulfillment time of your prescription is approximately 5 hours after they get it as far as electronic communications, but then if you call them they tell you it'll be ready within the hour. So which one is it?
