I've sold two residential properties with Jannay. She is very helpful at getting pest inspections, home inspections and repairs taken care of if necessary which takes a great deal of pressure off of the seller, especially when the seller leads a busy life. First home sold way over asking, second over asking as well. In both cases I felt the pricing was very fair. Jannay was always very responsive, had a great strategy for marketing the properties. First one sold in 4 days, 2nd sold in just 4-5 weeks. Both properties were not your typical residential homes, both had quirks and non-traditional floor plans. Highly Recommend!

I met Jannay and Michelle through my neighbor who Jannay had helped him buy his home as well. I had been given the run around from other agents and even Safe CU. Jannay walked in with her sunshine and excitement and Michelle came in with her knock out expertise. I had been held up for over 3 months by the other folks claiming I hadn't provided enough evidence of income etc. From start to finish 28 days Jannay and Michelle handed me the keys of my first home. They made my entire process joyful and stress free. Jannay kept a steady hand on my nerves. Michelle made sure I knew exactly what documents I needed for escrow to close. The happy ending was a true blessing. Please consider using them for all of your real estate needs. Trustworthy, ethical, honest, family owned. Best team ever!

Michelle is a great realtor and really cares about her clients finding the home that works for them. She is very knowledgeable about the area, market trends, all the things that factor into buying a home. If this was not my forever home, I'd use her again if was going to buy again.

Michelle was amazing and such a big help throughout the whole homebuying process. As first time home buyers using a VA loan, it was extremely important for us to find someone who would walk us through the very confusing steps of buying a house (and using a VA loan to do so!). It was easy to contact Michelle and she did am amazing job from start to finish. She was patient with us as we made her haul us around to numerous houses - we were pretty picky with what we were looking for. And she was quick with writing up contracts and following up on them, which is a must in the current market.When we got into contract, Michelle went above and beyond with ensuring that all the VA pest repairs and appraisal repairs were done correctly, negotiating with the seller, and generally keeping everything on track. She is persistent and she always took the time to explain any questions that we had through the process. Very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with! Thank you Michelle!

I basically didn't have chance to rent from them because seem like ron was more concern about his property being messed up by 5 black folks with 2 cars in 3bedroom I don't see wats issue but like he said most likely choose someone with less people good luck feel like was discrimination how was said to me

Michelle is very personable and organized!After everything was done, my partner asked if I missed her, because her and I darn near talked everyday! And I said, Yessss!!! She makes you feel very special, talks through the steps, very communicative about what comes next or what something means in layman's terms. We laughed a lot too and I felt like I could totally be myself around her. Michelle tries to really understand the buyer and reviews your likes and dislikes so that when it's go time (aka time to do the tours), she knows what to prioritize. We felt like we were on House Hunters because she booked us a tour lined up with several viewings. We processed/reflected about each house as we went along so then it became easy to start to hone in on our direction. She drove us through neighborhoods to see with our own eyes. We were locating from out of town and needed the weekend trip to be potent for scoping things out, and she delivered! She built in breaks for our kids to stretch their legs and kept them in mind for the day's agenda. She had many great referrals, like her finance person was fast and efficient. Her inspection people were knowledgeable. After our offer was accepted, she helped us book all of the inspection type stuff, helped with negotiations so it was very easy peasy. Met her in Sept/Oct, went on house tours Oct 8, put in offer Oct 10/11, moved in Nov 12. In the end we got our dream house. Everyday we say, can you believe we have a house? Can you believe we live here? It's been 4 months since we bought our house, and I am still a Michelle fan, and I reckon I'll always be! Thank you, Michelle!
