Justin and his team are AMAZING...if I could give 1000 stars I would!!! They do impeccable work, they are in constant communication, they are reasonably priced, they take care of all of the headaches that can come with dealing with your insurance, and must of all they care and are so genuine....I can't thank them enough for everything they have done for me. They are a 10 out of 10!!!!!

I needed to have my car repaired after it was stolen from my driveway. The staff at Ultimate Collison Center were friendly and showed empathy for my situation. I received my car back on time and I could not see any sign of the damage. I am very happy to have my car back to the way it was before it was damaged.

Talk about customer service. Justin and his team went above and beyond the call of duty to fix someone else’s mess. I called him and started pleading my case. He stopped me mid sentence said come in and let’s get it taken care of. I was blown away! They have completely restored my faith that there is still some good guys out there. Thank you guys

I have never had better customer service than the fam at ultimate collision! Justin did such an amazing job repairing my car after being rear ended. He went out of his way to guide me through the steps with insurance even though he didn’t have to! They even went above and beyond by offering to pick up the car and drop it back off for me to accommodate my kids!! Any car troubles I will be going back to Ultimate Collision Center! So happy and excited to be back on the road thank you guys!!❤️ Highly Reccomend!

Had a small front fender that needed to be replaced. Per the recommendation of my local mechanic, I took my car to Ultimate Collision Center. Chris greeted me, took some photos and said he would call me with an estimate. I received the estimate via Email and everything was pretty straight forward and transparent. He did mention that there could be some surprises once they start putting things together, but everything seems fairly straight forward. I ordered the parts and within a few days the car was ready to bring in. Chris called me after and said no surprises, and the estimate was spot on. They were kind enough to keep the car over the weekend for me since I could not pick it up on the Friday. When I picked up the car, it looked brand new. Not only did they wash the exterior, but they cleaned the interior. It looked brand new. I hope I dont need their services in the near future, but good to have a quality body shop that you can trust and rely on, with really good people. Five stars to Chris and the team at Ultimate Collision.
