I have been banking with US Bank for 15 years. I primarily used to bank the Dewey branch… which is great! However, a few years ago my favorite teller Juan, transferred to the location on Sunrise and Greenback. So I followed. He, is always extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind and courteous. And is a BIG reason why I’ve banked with US Bank as long as I have. Thank you for everything. ??

Tellers were super accommodating, needed assistance for my mother who is handicapped and they opened a teller window with seating and followed my request that she was hearing impaired and wrote out everything and spoke slowly and loud enough for her to understand what they needed

Travel-X foreign currency exchange service no longer works in the United States/US BANK branches but the bank does offer a foreign currency services if you have a open account with them longer then 90days.

The teller was really rude, all I asked was for some assistance in a withdrawal of funds due to my bank be closed and he was highly dismissive and rude. The crazy thing is I had an appointment to start a account this upcoming week but after that, I’ll make a new account elsewhere. :(

Made a phone appointment with this branch 3 days in advance to discuss loan rates. Was told I’d be called for this appointment but was never contacted. What a joke.

Worst customer service reps ever!!! There was a me who answered my call to assist today 2/19/21, would not transfer me to management to assist with my acct! Rude attitude about if he can't help me than manager won't neither and refused to give me his name! If over the phone is this rude imagine in person! I called another branch and got my concern resolved!

Very unhelpful associates that I dont believe even know US Bank policies. Had this been the branch I went to when I opened my account, I'd probably bank elsewhere....

The staff do not work with customers, but rather find excuses instead of solutions. Manners are mediocre at best.

I've bank w/ them for yrs no issue. All I want to do is open a simple IRA and no 1 at this branch knows how to do this. My sis is a banker and she says its as simple as opening an account!

Making a deposit - Deposit appeared to be processed, but I had requested no receipt - system asked if I wanted to do another transaction and I said yes, to withdraw $40. Suddenly the system said "system error". I went into the bank to make sure deposit had been credited. I was told they showed it was deposited and withdrawn. They also said the entire bank system had been down at the time the system error showed on the versateller screen. One of the tellers went to the backside of the versateller and confirmed they had my checks but would not credit the money or return them to me. They told me I had to file a claim. I called in a claim and they told me the branch decides whether they will correct the problem at that time, or whether I had to file a claim. The branch maintained I would have to file a claim even though they had already verified they had the checks, there was a system outage, and the checks had not applied. So I was told I wouldn't be able to access my money for 10 to 45 days. Terrible customer service.
