There was only one worker there and a long line. She spoke with a strong accent, and I could hardly understand what she was saying. She wasn’t welcoming at all—no smile, no warmth. She told me I needed to buy a tape, even though there was tape right there on the counter. She still insisted that I had to purchase one. I've never experienced a post office refusing to help like this. I just wanted to return an item that was supposed to be a free return.
I will never return to this location and leave a negative review on Google due to this unpleasant experience. Why should I have to pay out of pocket for something that’s supposed to be a free return? I’m very upset. I paid $1.96 for the tape, and because there was a line behind me, I didn’t say anything—I just paid and left. I wish I could give this office 0 star because 1 star is too much for them.

Mario and Pual were super friendly and helpful. I REALLY appreciated them and this location for our passport service, I was worried about making a mistake or missing a copy of something and to my surprise they had everything to get you in and out as long as you bring all your needed paperwork. Great job, USPS!

Update 6/19/2025: Something to consider when being critical of the Post Office, be prepared to not get your mail, get it really late or get someone's else's. Being critical of the service WILL result in you paying for it through even worse service at your home....
This is a terrible post office. Rude employees and zero sense of urgency, pride of service or any civility towards the customers. Homeless people were sleeping at night in the area where the PO Boxes are and rather than deal with the problem, (police department is across the street) they locked the doors keeping customers from being able to check their PO Boxes anytime. Prior to this it was open 24 hrs! Try to call the number provided, they don't/won't answer. The only reason I was finally able to speak to someone there was because a postal employee from another Post Office gave me a different number then the one listed. Even then it rang over 40 times before finally being answered. Lastly, we renewed our PO Box on the last day we were given to do so. It remained locked out for an entire week after we paid for it until we finally asked how long it was going to take to be able to get our mail from it. Had we not brought this to their attention it would still be locked! This after paying almost double the amount we paid when we got the box 4 years ago. It started at $106 for the year and now it's $91 for 6 months! Why? Is inflation now affecting the price of PO Boxes? The Postmaster at this Post Office is not doing their job and it's pretty clear from these reviews that their incompetentcy is the only consistentcy present! Unfortunately this fact is lost in the shuffle or masked by the experience of those using the passport service.

Some one is crazy lazy to deliver a package to the door for a signature, what they do is leaving a paper notice in the box for a pick up, at least 3 people been home over 21 to sign for the package.

Generally nice and well kept, but they suddenly started locking the lobby at 5 as well, and they have no parcel drop off outside (only letters). The 9-5 is dead, not everyone can make such archaic hours 🙄

I arrived 10 minutes late to my passport appointment and Mario still agreed to help me. He had every right to say no but he still squeezed me in. He got all of my documents together, took my photo, and helped me pay the fees. It was a fairly quick process overall. Thank you Mario 🙏
