When the employee started explaining for the 2nd time she rose her voice. The employees have a depressing mood.

I did the label online to send to my husband in the military. I have used this before and had no issues. I went to the local post office for a priority mail box. I gave the woman helping me the dimension I needed she proceeded to point at a wall with boxes. I then asked if I could bring my own box since the ones on the wall were significantly smaller than the dimension I asked if she had. She said yes and I proceeded with bringing in my box and handing her the label already filled out. She told me she it was incorrect and I had to put who and where it’s going. I stated that this was an international shipping label that I did online. And the instructions were to come in and pay and that is it. She and her co worked did not have the knowledge or resources to help me to send my package. They were very unpleasant and seemed like they would rather me go away. I then asked if I could do it the way they DO know how and they handed me one declaration page and as I was going to fill it out they said I had to come back because they both needed to go on lunch.

It's a very small post office so I understand that sometimes there is a line. The ladies are working as fast as they can. The negative reviews are disappointing. I suggest don't not to expect the workers to entertain you while taking care of your postage when there is a line of people.

I’ve gone into this post office twice. I was helped by 2 different women, but the service I received was the same. They were rude and didn’t seem to want to be bothered with helping. I don’t quite understand why people get jobs in customer service then act as though the customer is imposing on them. I live across the street and will never be returning. Id rather drive further than have my day ruined by women who seem to hate life.

Connie and Karen who works here crushed all my packages I dropped off here 2 weeks ago and made my customers really unhappy. They even did it right in front of me asking what I was shipping. It's non of your businesses Karen and Connie. Don't you know how to read fragile?

The blond lady at the counter always tries her utmost to be as unhelpful as humanly possible without actually getting into trouble with the management. Every time I am at this location I leave in a bad mood, generally unhappy with the service I've received.

Their service delivering and counter service have always been excellent to me and to customers in front of me in line. I’ve been using them since 1987.

I went to location several times with Barbara Boxer's consent to release Form forwarded to Kamala Harris's office on Car Insurance Fraud!! I was was sent back to the Fountain Square Post Office several times. I was told to leave the area, after I contacted The USPS Frauds Division in Washington DC. I was never treated for my further injuries? I still have never been treated at all? I had to avoid Curt's postal service truck several more times?

One star because I can't leave zero. This is purely about the horrible customer service. I have gone in on two occasions and each time was a different woman both were not helpful and extremely rude.

VERY SMALL, not enough staff on some days. I usually enjoy using this USPS location, but today I tried three times to drop off a prepaid return, but failed. #1. Lunch Break closure (my fault, got the times wrong). #2. Apparently extended Lunch Break (well past posted times). #3. Understaffed with only one worker, lengthy line outside lobby (strong perfumy-smell lingering from a previous customer kick-started my asthma), I gave up and left, again. In the parking lot I could see the other worker taking a food break in her car. Can't blame her, but this place is often too small for normal business capacity.

I love this location! First at all line (always) is short compare to Roseville Citrus Heights and North highlands locations. #2 They just upgraded their payment system to accept Apple pay!!!
