This is not a corporate store, but an independent one. They screwed up my account and were “unable to do anything” because they aren’t a corporate store. Just go to a corporately owned store, not a Vicra store.

I wondered how a store could have so many one star reviews. I've been in this store many times over the years and have bought many devices through the years at this location and have always received average service. However, until now I haven't had any reason to go in other than to buy something. Let me just a certain "gentleman" doesn't want his time wasted if you aren't buying anything. I had bought a defective product last night and went i. this morning to get help or return it. There was one short, heavyset hispanic gentleman (picture as round as he is tall) who was the biggest condescending jerk I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Keep in mind that I have been with Verizon for 20+ years and have 8 (this new one makes 9) devices on my account, so I'm not new to Verizon or the technology, but this little brat was so hateful and condescending that I asked for his name (he did not have a name badge on) and he said, "I'm not telling you my name because it's none of your business", so I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was not in, I later found out he was in but the Napoleon syndrome guy lied. No wonder this location has such a terrible reputation. At this point Verizon should just shut down this location and open another one in Citrus Heights. Just look at google reviews to see how many one star reviews there are, and every single one complains about customer service. Thank you for responding, but I've honestly spent too much time on this now. I have an appointment at the apple store this afternoon and then I'll start looking at other cell phone companies who would like to have a 9 device account that stays loyal for 20+ years. Verizon used to have customer service, now it's a sales company and once you walk out of the store with a device you are just a nuisance from that point on until you buy a new device. You might want to rethink your business model to include good customer service and stop relying so heavily of sales quotas. I forgot to mention that Napoleon Complex guy got his friend (dark skinned guy with a lisp) come over and tell me Napoleon's name is Mike, which was an obvious lie, they burst into fits of giggles when I left, thinking I was stupid enough to fall for it.

Verizon service sucks, went snowboarding and had no service but my buddy with metro did… and my service sucks at my house.. dead spot or something. Definitely thinking about switching
