“So far, I've had good experiences with 2 shelter dogs. The last one I got had skin issues, which are finally getting better, but the Dr's and staff are friendly and helpful. I ran out of a prescription Saturday, and going into a Sunday, they are closed. I called 10 min before close, and they stayed open for another 30 minutes so I could pick up. I didn't have to miss 2 days of pills. The prices are reasonable for California and the area vets. I'd say a little less than the going rate. The Dr's take their time with our dogs. I've never felt rushed. Only complaint is that the exam areas only have a 1 seat built in bench. Would be nice to have another seat in there when you have more than one person with you.”

“This vet office helped reunite my family! We are an air force family and were recently moved to South Korea. The paperwork and documentation required to bring our dog with us was so overwhelming and complicated and CHPH was so knowledgeable and helpful in getting everything together. Things became complicated when our dogs lab results did not qualify him to travel and he need more vaccines and a new lab draw sent. We ended up having to leave him for a month while we awaited the results. The amazing and wonderful Vicki spent hours checking in with the lab and communicating with us internationally on crazy timelines so we could be reunited. We are all together now and it would not have been possible without them. We have been taking our boy here since he was a baby and they have always been wonderful but they really do go above and beyond. All my thanks to the wonderful ladies at the front desk and specifically Vicki and Jordan for all they did for my family.”

“Such a great experience! We have a 3 year old cat that was rubbing and scratching at her ears and just acting differently. We had heard good things about Mercy Vet on local facebook groups and from a friend that had just started taking her dog there. Our cat is very finicky about being touched by strangers and doesn’t even let me clean her ears without freaking out. We thought for sure she would need sedation, but she didn’t! The way they handled her was so amazing. We loved the staff! They were patient and kind. The room and waiting area were super clean and the vibe from the front counter staff made the waiting time even better! Wonderful team of people. “We started using sylvan corners in 2017 when we moved here from Alabama. We were super worried we wouldn't be able to find a vet that was affordable since we had heard such terrible things about the cost of living out here. We were surprised to find that Sylvan Corners was actually better priced than our vet in rural Alabama, and the quality of care wasn't compromised. My little chihuahua is a little hard to handle and they're always so patient with him. 10/10 recommend.”
