“I had to bring my cat in because of a problem with in her ear. THEY WERE GREAT! She was misdiagnosed by 2 vets before saying she had ear mites when in fact it was a yeast infection. The reason for 4 stars is I called back after 2 weeks thinking she may need more medication and they took a message and said the doctor would call back (or someone to let me know if I can just get some meds for her ear). No one called. I called back again this time wanting an appointment because I thought her ear was getting worse. They told me I was supposed to come back for a follow up appointment BUT no one ever told me that. I brought her back and saw another doctor and problem fixed! Her infection is gone but they taught me how to clean her ear once a week because she has a lot of wax in that ear. BOTH doctors were great BUT communication not so much. I will continue to take my cat there because they really took care of her. The first appointment she had to be sedated to flush the ear out.”
“Pet Care Veterinarian Clinic has been absolutely amazing taking care of all of my pets in the past 3 years! All the providers have been compassionate, supportive, excellent educated experience and professional. Every staff member is friendly and compassionate and so helpful. Pet Care is so accommodating, understanding and sorrow from booking an appointment to following up with prescription refills and aftercare questions, Etc I have had complicated pet issues and they have been outstanding with their care and referrals. I lost two of my most precious cats back to back and they have the most beautiful, peaceful, healing dwelling space and allow you to spend as much time as you need with your pet. I have had numerous vets in the past 30 years; with complicated, high maintenance and end stage pets and Pet Care Veterinarian Clinic and their entire staff from the front desk to the vet tech to the provider are the most excellent in service and care. I was referred to Pet Care and we have referred several of our friends, family and coworkers. I have never written a review before but, I felt so compelled to inform the public of how excellent, extraordinary, trustworthy, caring and affordable Pet Care Veterinary Clinic truly is.”
“They take such good care of my 2 dogs and 3 cats. I love that there are multiple vetinarian doctors that are available. Plus the office takes the tine to get to know the pets so when I call with an issue they are able to get the info to the Doctors to review. Also, they take emails with pictures. They have taken really good care of all my pets!!! Thank you!”
“The staff that helped us were very friendly, helpful with their advice, and I never got the feeling they were pushing us to purchase anything we didn't need. They were gentle with our cat and we liked our experience overall.The wait time was a bit long (we were 6th in line before they opened, and we waited for 2 hours before we were seen; our visit only took 10-15 minutes once it was our turn ), but there is a check-in process you can follow online to hopefully not have to wait so long in person (we didn't know about this process until we arrived because it was our first visit).Overall, we would recommend this VIP PetCare Clinic to others, and we plan to return!”

“Dr. Hurst is a great vet. Dr. Hurst has cared for a number of our dogs over the last 26 years. She is dedicated to her patients, loving our dogs as much as we do. I have never received anything but kind, helpful, professional service in her office, including the office manager, the tech's and the doctor. We went today with a new rescue pup, and we were treated extremely well, and Hazel (our new baby) was treated even better. We would never want to go anywhere else.”

“A place you can count on when your animals face an emergency situation. They are compassionate and strive to hear your needs and concerns when your unsure of the details of care or billing. Excellent customer service when I escalated a billing question.Bottom line is they are an emergency center that bills according to the industry. Like any business there will always be a variety of staff, but I will say even the ones who struggle in the customer service/good communication areas STILL take excellent care of my animals which is the most important thing.We as pet parents visit when we are faced with a traumatic situation effecting our babies.... and this causes us to be emotional and scared while being faced with a financial hardship... so we are going to be defensive, protective, and worried about precious babies.The great news is, this place cares and is compassionate and ready to immediately do what they can to help us and our animals. And if there's a disconnect or issue they are quick to jump in and listen and put your mind and ease. Thats what matters most.”
“We consistently bring both our cat and dog here and have been so happy with every experience. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and most importantly, the veterinarian team knows what they're doing. Our cat was sick and they recommended x-rays to confirm our suspicions of blockage in his digestive system. They arranged for him to have surgery at a nearby pet hospital and were very informative throughout the process. They kept me informed during this emergency and answered my many questions such professionalism and care. Due to their quick thinking and collaboration with the hospital, they saved my cat's life. We feel fortunate to bring our pets here and I am grateful to the entire staff.”
“I had a great experience at Petco recently, especially with their grooming service for my dog Bentley. McKayla did the grooming and was not only friendly but did an excellent job. Bentley looks fantastic, and the overall service made my visit enjoyable. I appreciate the positive atmosphere and the great care they provided. For $85 you get a nail buff and trim, shampoo/conditioner, a haircut and he got his glands taken care of. I added a tip on there but that's not a bad price at all!”
