“Highly recommend. I have a reactive dog. The staff here are very accommodating and understanding to her. So much so that I now drive from close to Elk Grove to Roseville for all 5 of my animals. They are always so patient and informative. We just had our first boarding for both my dogs, reactive one included. And they came back in the same condition I left them. The whole staff are so friendly and welcoming. I'm constantly recommending them to all of my friends and family. Thank you guys for all that you do!”
“Dr. Baldner and her team are truly wonderful. As holistic veterinary care provider, Dr. Baldner is kind, attentive, and deeply compassionate . It feels like home every time I visit . Even though our boy (Lucky) didn't have his dental procedure done there, her team still followed up to ask how he was doing, which meant so much to me. I was especially impressed that Dr. Baldner took the time to research one of Lucky's supplements before making a recommendation . “Dr. Thorne and the whole staff were so helpful. My 13.5 year old Yorkie had an ugly mass on his neck that was bleeding and weeping all the time. It was risky to remove because he has a lot of issues but they did a great job and he's back to acting like a puppy. The cost was a 1/3 of what the emergency vet said it would cost. I Highly recommend Dr. Thorne and the staff at All American City Vet are the BEST!!”

But every visit has been a pleasure, and the doctors and technicians are so kind, friendly, gentle, caring, considerate with our puppy and with us. “I cannot say enough good things about the Dr and Cirby Ridge. My kitten fractured his rear leg and the Dr made time for me and has given us top notch care. He has kept me updated every step of the way and has gone above and beyond to be available for my questions and concerns, even after hours! “I'm changing my previous 2 star review to 4 stars because the rest of the staff here is amazing. I wanted visibility on the one bad interaction I had, but that's not fair to everyone else. Anthony and Heidi, specifically, are absolutely amazing. They're always so positive and helpful. They make me feel seen and understood where it comes to my cat's health. I'm so grateful to them and will recommend this location based off of their attention and care.
I've been taking my cat here for a year, and usually everyone is extremely friendly. Today, however, their employee Morgan was very rude. I came in to buy my cat's prescription food. I waited in line for awhile as the person in front of me had a lot of questions. That's expected and not a problem. Morgan came out to talk to that person before snapping at me that technically they had closed 17 minutes ago, so I was lucky that someone was there to let me in. It was 6:05 when I walked in and the doors were unlocked. The posted hours are until 7,but I guess they were trying to close early. This location closes early frequently, but they've never treated me like I was stupid for not knowing that until now. I can easily go to another Banfield if customers are an annoyance.”
“Our pure bred German Shephard, Rocky is alive today because of Dry Creek Veterinary Center's Team of exemplary humans that went above and beyond to save him!
Rocky needed life saving surgery: GDV/Gastropexy and they found an amazing animal surgeon, Dr. Karanvir S. Aulakh to perform it.
Dr. Kaur, Dr. Lehil, Joanna, Molly, and Alice provided round the clock care at Dry Creek Veterinary Center to give Rocky a second chance and almost one month later he is doing well! In fact, Rocky likes to hang out with the team and feels very comfortable with them.
Gratitude and thanks for all that Dry Creek Veterinary Center has done to facilitate this miracle!
