It was very thorough and very professional. I had to buy a pack of cigarettes from my husband I look 78 years old it was just a few days after March 27th that my driver's license expired maybe 4 days the gentleman asked to see it and he looked at my birthday year and refused that's the rules and I appreciate that. Then I asked him can I use my military ID until I get to the DMV? At first he said no and then I said would you talk to a manager please I was polite he was polite I just thought it was odd but rules are rules. Yes manager told him I could show him my military for a pack of cigarettes. I know there's rules for everybody I respect them but with only it was the weekend DMV was closed I didn't get a new license within four days and I look 78 years old. Besides that it was a very nice store clean except for that little incident he was not a very friendly cashier there was no emotions it was just business and that's okay but I will go to another cashier if I' need a smile not him. smiling in a store is a good thing.!! Thank you and I wish you all well and I'll be back

I understand you are understaffed. Hey I'm busy at my work too but you people are THE most rude people I have ever spoken with. They do not get that we are sick and are wanting to feel better but they don't care. They take forever to fill prescriptions, they take a lifetime to answer the phone and hang up on you, cut you off when you are asking a question, Just so rude. I will be moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Done with these people and big pharmacies. We do have other options.

If you go to this pharmacy, cross your fingers you don't get the tall guy with salt & pepper hair who wears glasses. He gives out incorrect information, loses paperwork like it was a disappearing act of magician. Go elsewhere.

The pharmacist at this location are so rude I don't understand what their problem is. There's just no excuse for always having a bad attitude. No customer service skills

If i could give this pharmacy a one star i would do it. One man there waa great he went above and beyond so stayed there for about a month. The actual pharmacist is the worst person i have ever dealt with, im a cancer patient and do take a lot of medication. Doctors changed my whole regiment to different meds. She refuses to release them to as i cry on the phone. Im a dying patient and she was the rudest person I've ever had to deal with. She shouldn't have a job, to top it all off she hung up on me. Didnt finish the conversation nothing just hung up on me, crying.

Today, I came to the Photo department of this store with my daughter to take a photo for her passport. The staff woman met us with a careless and absolutely unwelcoming face. She took a picture, but I asked her to retake it because of my daughter's unruly hair. The staff person unkindly refused to retake the picture. Another staff woman came up to us to see the picture. She told me that the picture is ok and they don't see any reason to retake, but that did not fulfill my requests as a client. Those staff members were unfriendly and unkind despite the client asking them to retake a photo. This situation disappointed me. I have left the store empty-handed.

Today is July 13, 2023 consumer alert update avoid shopping here at Walgreens for medication's especially--I had a prescription for my dog from the vet locally and I don't know what I was thinking. I normally get my prescriptions at Safeway pharmacy in Fair Oaks anyway took in the prescription to the worker behind the pharmacy counter wanted to charge me $90 for a 30 day supply . Are you kidding me right now?I said no and drove off to my Safeway pharmacy in Fair Oaks for the same prescription charge is $15 same quantity so again say no to Walgreens

The pharmacy staff is friendly, but half the time when I go to the drive thru to pick up medications, they tell me it's not ready and to come back later, even if my Walgreens app tells me that it's ready for pick up. This is so frustrating as the line for the pharmacy already moved so slowly.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Never, ever will I set foot in this location again. Racist, classist. My daughter and granddaughter are visiting from out of state, and my granddaughter comes down with strep. 8 am Sunday, she's there to fill the antibiotics prescription. Completely empty store. She is on Medicaid, and tries to use it, not knowing it doesn't work out of state. But instead of politely and compassionately telling her that, she gets "This is California, not Colorado." And they continued to treat her super rudely, leaving her in tears. She called me and I said I'd pay cash for it, so she went up to the counter to ask how much (remember-no other customers in the store), and I hear over the phone "What do you want? You need to sit down... I have other orders in front of yours." I threw on clothes, and went down to find her sobbing in her car. I went in, told them I was picking it up, and asked if my money was good enough. He denied they'd said anything wrong, even when I said I was on the phone and heard it. I have heard how people on MediCal and such are treated badly by medical professionals, but this is the first time I witnessed it myself. SHAME ON YOU, Walgreens pharmacy. You don't deserve my money.

Hubby and I were going on a mini vacay and we forgot two important things: cat litter for our cat while we were gone and sunscreen for the trip! It was late so we stopped into this location after looking on Dr. Elsey's website for a 24 hour retailer. We purchased Dr. Elsey's Ultra Cat Litter. Our Seal Point Ragdoll has been using Dr Elsey's since I adopted her as a kitten back in 2015! This is their #1 seller and I can see why! It's 99% dust-free, low tracking, hard clumping and unscented, with superior odor control! The sunscreen we purchased was Walgreens Hydrating Continuous Spray Sunscreen SPF 50. It's definitely important to keep your skin protected from the sun's rays! And if you have kids this spray is so much easier to use, especially for splash parks! It's hypoallergenic, oxybenzone free, paraben free, oil free and water resistant for up to 80 min! I would HIGHLY recommend this convenient 24 location! In 1901 Charles R. Walgreen Sr. started Walgreens and now it's much more than a drugstore, you can find everything here! Staff member was helpful and sweet, we'll be back! SYOY! :-)
