Dylan, at the Dewey & Greenback location had horrible customer service! Did not seem to care about his job, took his sweet time, had attitude when I asked for a bag, and the list goes on. Didn't wanna give me boss's nae nor corporate's number & tried to switch name tag around before I could see "Dylan" was on the name tag. It's employees like Dylan that give Walgreens a bad rep/name. Y'all gotta do better.Monday, 02/05/24The lady at the register next to him was amazing (don't recall her name unfortunately). A little slow with speed but she had the complete opposite demeanor to her. Thank you Ms.

This used to be a great pharmacy with 24 hour service. Now, they have limited hours and they screw up constantly and waste my time regularly. They also have a couple people working back there who are just rude to customers...not just me, in fact, usually not me...I've watched them with others while I waited in line for their bad service. Most recent screw up is they filled my 90 day prescription with only a 30 day prescription. Didn't tell me, and didn't do it as a partial fill. Because it was pre-bagged I didn't know until I got home and opened it up. Therefore, to fill the remaining 2 months will cost me 50% more in copays than it would have cost if they filled it correctly. Mistakes can happen, but this pharmacy makes them very frequently now. I get messages saying meds are ready for pickup, get there and they don't have them. Or they are promised for a certain time and they just fail to get it done. A lot of wasted time, gas and wear and tear on my vehicle last year...It's really gone downhill in the past couple of years. It may be time to transfer to CVS, RiteAid, Walmart, Amazon pharmacy, or some other pharmacy. I'm tired of having my time and money wasted by Walgreens employees who clearly don't give a rip about customers.

They denied taking a passport picture of my 6 years old son. ( we are not taking pictures of the kids!!! ). However, they took a passport picture of my daughter at the same age last year.

Pharmacy is understaffed and unorganized Made appointment for RSV had to wait over 45minutes for my shot. Will not be back to this store.

Only reason for one star is because this app would not allow to go forward without selecting. If only they had ! Walgreens, I regret the decision not to go to CVS Pharmacy yesterday. The "superior customer service experience" you claim to provide in your 'Terms of Use' is bogus!, as per my very recent stupified experience at your store located at Dewey, Citrus Heights, California. I cannot speak for the rest of us but I can assure you none of us present there deserved such ill-fated barbaric treatment from Walgreens. Your employee who we were doomed to be attended to at the cash register had horrific mannerisms; extremely unprofessional, incompetent, rude, unhelpful, in-communicative, disrespectful, non-courteous, insolent, angry, terrifying. And I honestly was in shocked terror. He did not sound like he was talking more like barking at us. He did not even try to rectify a mistake he made in ringing up my purchases when pointed out, also when asked to look up item price before buying he did not bother instead barked that we should have seen the price beforehand. He then proceeded to tell me to read the instructions on the Walgreens keypad instead of asking him of any kind of assistance in making payment with my phone. Then made a derogatory fuss about me paying amount due half with cash n half with card, acting as if such thing is unheard of not standard acceptable. I did not expect this barbaric behaviour from a Walgreens employee. He has not ruined my Thanksgiving due to my resilience but your employee has definitely made a great negative impact on my 2023 Thanksgiving. He refused to give his name when asked and his name tag was facing himself. I did not see any other employee/management to call for help. I can only describe, He is Caucasian middle aged long hair balding in front, night shift at the cash register, wears glasses. When we entered there was someone else at the register but by the time we had done shopping we had the misfortune to encounter this menacing Walgreens employee. He should be fired immediately for that awful unprofessional dangerous behaviour and before he wrecks havoc on more unsuspecting happy Thanksgiving customers and ruining their holidays! I am amazed that you guys, guys who are so into community progress and betterment, from helping fighting cancer with us to 'The Vaccine Lady' to 'Nose Donation', hired such a dangerous baseless character. This aggressive individual should not be interacting with public in any capacity. I will be returning items bought since I was overcharged as well and I don't want to use anything that would remind me of this debacle. And most likely, will be a very long time before I shop at Walgreens again. An unpleasant horrible, horrible experience at Walgreens. Not to mention my precious time wasted unnecessarily. Nightmare! Disappointment.

I was there tonight about 7:00 pm to pick up my sister prescription . The lady she was there told us we should come back after thanksgiving and they can not give us her prescription tonight . Hopefully I ask and her manager's came and told us come back after an hour and we picked up tonight. 3 stars because her manager helped us and I kept 2 star because that associate she didn't helped us and we had to talk to her manager.

They are not on duty at 10pm to dispense medication. ER sent them prescription 10pm and the medicine a simple antibiotic bottle was not ready 12pm next day

I understand you are understaffed. Hey I'm busy at my work too but you people are THE most rude people I have ever spoken with. They do not get that we are sick and are wanting to feel better but they don't care. They take forever to fill prescriptions, they take a lifetime to answer the phone and hang up on you, cut you off when you are asking a question, Just so rude. I will be moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Done with these people and big pharmacies. We do have other options.

If you go to this pharmacy, cross your fingers you don't get the tall guy with salt & pepper hair who wears glasses. He gives out incorrect information, loses paperwork like it was a disappearing act of magician. Go elsewhere.

The pharmacist at this location are so rude I don't understand what their problem is. There's just no excuse for always having a bad attitude. No customer service skills
