This Wells Fargo is always so accommodating. I needed assistance and went to 2 other Wells Fargo branches. Tellers would direct me to go on the app. I didn't want to do that, I needed a printout. Lucky for me Emily gave me the paperwork I needed. I told her about my driving to different branches and she was very sympathetic. Great service hours, friendly tellers, clean bank space. There wasn't a line when I got there! Thank you Emily for your polite assistance otherwise I would have to go to Kinko's and try to get printing help there. This branch is pretty far from me, but I will continue to come here.

It's funny, 9 teller windows and never more than one teller working. Always 2 people at desks on the phone who occasionally tell the mob waiting in line that there is an ATM out the front door and the teller will be with us sometime in the future. Don't go here if you need to use a teller and don't have a half hour to kill standing in line.

This branch you can go if need any help with you bank at least the help you out always.. I'll went ask for at Roseville branch Roseville Square and the managers just told we can't because you need your information account.. she was so mean and I'll come branch 8477 Auburn Linden they help me out Quickly. Professional and friendly people.. definitely I'll goin to keep coming this office..

The banker in the bank was great! They solved all my problems with ease and the banker went out of her way to help us out in our tight schedule. The banker is Mylene (Lomboy) Arevalo.

Awesome Staff. From Tierra the boss down to the all the tellers. always had great experience. Staff is very friendly and make sure they talk to you when they see you. not sure what these 1 star reviews are all about, i am guessing some angry people who were looking to get free money. it is a small branch so many times there is a wait in line but their friendliness overshadows the wait.

Been a customer of this location for almost 9 years, recently there is a new Manager there now named Joy. She was so professional and her customer service was Amazing! After receiving the incredible service from her towards myself and my mom we will make sure to do our banking inside from now on just because the personal customer service is so outstanding there!

Worst experience ever. There was a hold put on a check that a client wrote me. I went into the brach to see how to resolve the issue so it did not cause any other damage to my accounts. When i asked to speak to a banker the manager took me to the desk and told me there was nothing he could do and its not the banks problem. He refused to even try to help resolve the problem. At that point I was extremely angry so I went home calm down and went to the Wells Fargo at 6047 Sunrise Boulevard in Citrus Heights I I spoke with Beheshta Zahara Najeed who was more than happy to help me resolve the issue and did so any timely manner without any issues. I hope you all will avoid the Auburn Boulevard Wells Fargo like it is the plague. I never felt so helpless at a business before in my life and this is the business that I'm supposed to be trusting my money and families livelihood with. I hope Wells Fargo eliminates this bank manager and puts somebody like Beheshta in charge to manage the bank appropriately.

The worst banking experience of my life. This Atm took my money, and the bank manager here assured me i would get it back. Over 2 months later i still do not have my money. They have lied to me about where it went. And im sure i will never see it again. Who can afford to just lose hundreds of dollars to a faulty ATM machine? Do not go here!!

Worst branch I've been to. Super long wait times for tellers and lobby. No refreshments. Rude workers. (I'll spare you the details )However, literally felt disrespected during my visit and immediately left and oped an account at Chase. I had been a customer for over 20 years.
