I have been coming to this gym for over a decade. Business is good and always crowded but what bothers me is the equipments are often down waiting for maintenance. Actually almost all equipments are having issues. Honestly no maintenance is not necessary here. Corporate needs to be less greedy and invest on better equipment here. Planet Fitness becomes successful because they update equipments every 3 years.

24 hours is a plus. It's means you can exercise any time at your convenience. Only been there a few times, at least all equipment I tried are functional. People are friendly. For me so far so good.

Please reconsider rebranding your name to 16 hour fitness. This is ridiculous that we as members have to pay a 24 hour fitness membership fee but are reduced the number of hours that we get. Please reduce your prices or have a name change.
