Store is closed with doors locked at certain hours of the night with no heads up or eta return.

No parking, construction taking up all the spots. Soda fountain doesn’t work. Closed off sections during construction instead of just closing the store. Not safe

Well there's never a good place or a time to have a car problem, but I did and managed to coax it off the freeway right to this 7-11.
While checking to see why I was having power problems a helpful worker from 7-11 who was on break walked over to see if we needed help. I don't usually engage with strangers but I told him what was going on and we discussed that in the context of some recent repairs to my car and he gave me some helpful advice.
Had that been the END of the interaction I would have been satisfied enough but he went inside and collected a portable jumper for my car and helped me get my car started after we had affected some repairs and gave me some advice on how to get it home.
Michael was the name on his name tag and I am very impressed by his kind and helpful nature and the way he went out of his way, on his break, to help me.
Hire more people like this and use this as an object lesson for other employees.

Updated for clarity: There is a clean bathroom in this shell/7-11 station. Reason for one star loss is confusion on how to get there. I believe the bathroom said for employees only. Had to double take before realizing it was open for everyone.

Perfectly normal 7-eleven that does not deserve a lowr than average rating... seems clean and well stocked. It's a little bit small and claustrophobic inside but it has a gas station and it has liquor so some people would think those were bonus.

One of the friendliest and promptest stores, might be I happened to be the only customer in line yesterday : ) during the early hours. I had a pleasant experience and was probably lucky too. It is located at an intersection with the freeway, could tell it is a bustling store. Guess timing played a factor too. Compared to most of their fellow affiliated stores which mostly behave foreign or just stared at the visitors. I was glad this one is American-like, with hospitable acknowledgments and easy pleasantries, crisp and no fuss.
