Give 0 starts for this place I went in at 9:50 am they never mentioned it was gonna be a wait time then I get called in the room at 11:10 then I wait more so I ask they say there is still 2 mor patients I just left with my 2 kids because I was getting worse and she said ur fever is at 99 and I got home I was at 102 ,slow staff and not enough drs or nurse practitioner

Well I been here with my wife and my kids.my Daughter just told me that the last time she was here she waited 45 mins in the room waiting for the doctor.she heard one of the nurses said I forgot she was in the room now am here Dec 14 2023 with my son and mommy comes out of the room tells the nurse did you guys forget my son I been here waiting almost a hour.but they collect your co-pays.really fast

The little Korean doctor Cho was the absolutely worst. He does not listen to his patients, or pretends like he does then prescribes medicine completely irrelevant from expressed discomfort. He was also supposed to prescribe me meds for 3-5 days, when I get to the pharmacy they said he prescribed 30 days 180 capsules. How can a doctor be this incompetent??? He needs to have his licenses revoked honestly, this is what happens when you cheat your way through medical school. Shameful

I could not see my cardiologist for months. When I called my insurance they told me to come here. The doctor helped me obtain a referral and I was able to see my cardiologists within one week. THANK YOU.

This is my 2nd time visiting this clinic. I remember leaving with a bad taste in my mouth many years ago with my dad, but I was impressed this time. The quality of care was definitely felt.

I had an excellent experience at this urgent care facility. The staff was incredibly caring and attentive from the moment I walked in. They promptly assessed my condition, and the doctor was thorough in explaining the diagnosis and treatment options. The facility was clean and well-organized, and I felt comfortable throughout my visit. What truly stood out was their efficiency; I didn't have to wait long to be seen. Overall, the level of care and professionalism I received was top-notch. I highly recommend this urgent care center for anyone in need of fast, quality medical attention. Five stars without a doubt!

They helped me a lot very considerate staff even when I had to call the nurse back she was so understanding and making sure my prescriptions got sent in. I loved Dr. Nguyen, he was very sweet and kind and was very concerned about me. Thank you.

Tonight my husband and I went in for an urgent need, and had a great experience with PA Bryan! Our wait time was 5 minutes. Bryan was professional, knowledgeable, caring, thorough and confident. It is refreshing to see a provider be approachable and empathetic to patients. His transparency in decision making was great! The rest of the staff was professional, not rude or overly friendly—albeit was the end of their shift. Bryan really made the difference in our experience tonight! As a result, we plan on coming back in the future. Also, there is a lot of parking and they’re open late!

Had a wonderful experience at this urgent care. In and out quickly and X-ray done next door for a 9 year old’s fractured wrist. We wish the doctor who helped us was our pediatrician honestly. Thoughtful, kind. 10/10!

They have cared for me and my family for a few months now and I'm never disappointed. Love the friendly staff- Elsa, Dr. Chao, and all the staff. They are Friendly, prompt and have proper suggestions for follow-up care.

Took my 4yr old due to lingering fever . Wait was not long. Receptionist very Professional and polite. The Nurse and NP very pleasant and very informative. I would definitely recommend and bring my family again.

The Taiwanese or Chinese female nurse there is horrible. She is very rude and speaks to patients in a hostile manner. I don’t want to say this place is horrible because the doctors and other people are nice. The evil nurse ruined the reputation of this place.

I personally always have satisfied experience for my every visit. My daughters are preschoolers, they get sick easily. My husband and I have been visited this urgent care many times in winter last year. The staffs and doctors are very professional. One of the nurses, Ivy, I finally got her name when I had my Pap smear test on my last visit. She has always been very nice and patient to both my daughters. I rarely write reviews and I am giving a five star to this urgent care.
