“Man I don't know where to start. I found SP through Chatgpt because I was in a hole where I really needed a specialist to take a look at my GTR. I ended up getting my first GTR back in February and honestly before SP it was one of the worst decisions I had made. I let the idea of owning my dream car blind me from getting a good PPI done and ended up getting stuck with the car. Even though it looked great on the outside, I knew there was something off about the car. I went to a few places in Fresno and we weren't able to really narrow down what was causing the lag, the loss in power and just overall feel. When I took it to SP, right off the bat Alex made me feel welcomed. I could tell he has a love for cars and especially the GTR. He listened to my whole story, gave me his input and assured me they would figure out the problem. My favorite part is that he maintained communication with me throughout the whole process and explained to me in detail what the car needed and what exactly was wrong. He never tried to upsell me on anything, it was just what the car needed to run RIGHT. He kept to his timeline and when I finally drove in it after SP was done I had fallen in love all over again with my car. His team is AWESOME and they know EXACTLY what they are doing. Now I know what a GTR is supposed to feel like and it's one of the best driving experiences I've ever had. Even after a few weeks of having the car back home Alex still reached back out to make sure the car was driving great! What you pay at SP engineering is the decades of experience and care the team has for cars and their clients. I really felt like they treated my car like their own. Now my only problem is that I want more power! XD Thanks Alex and to your team!!”

“My 2001 Toyota Rav4 had cylinder misfires on 3 and 4. I assumed they were bad spark plugs so I went to this Carquest shop to pick up two NGK spark plugs. Brought the spark plugs home, took out the two spark plugs in cylinder 3 and 4, and placed the new spark plugs in. I realized I made a huge mistake when I looked at my old spark plugs and found they were still in good condition. I should've checked the conditions of my old spark plugs first before making any assumptions on the cylinder misfires (the issue is probably the ignition coils given that they are the only non-OEM coils installed). Brought back the two spark plugs to Carquest for return, and the lady working the front of the store said they don't accept returns on spark plugs, but in this specific instance they will. Thanks for handling my ignorance with grace and kindness, and for providing great service! Happy holidays.”
