“My 2001 Toyota Rav4 had cylinder misfires on 3 and 4. I assumed they were bad spark plugs so I went to this Carquest shop to pick up two NGK spark plugs. Brought the spark plugs home, took out the two spark plugs in cylinder 3 and 4, and placed the new spark plugs in. I realized I made a huge mistake when I looked at my old spark plugs and found they were still in good condition. I should've checked the conditions of my old spark plugs first before making any assumptions on the cylinder misfires (the issue is probably the ignition coils given that they are the only non-OEM coils installed). Brought back the two spark plugs to Carquest for return, and the lady working the front of the store said they don't accept returns on spark plugs, but in this specific instance they will. Thanks for handling my ignorance with grace and kindness, and for providing great service! Happy holidays.”

She listened thoughtfully and agreed that it should not have required a poor Yelp review to illicit a response. She agreed to check in with the receptionists who took my calls and left messages for my sales rep and the sales manager. She also planned to improve training so more of her team could be knowledgeable about the issues with the keys and how to respond to queries.”

“It didn't take long to present the car for view and test drive. Because it can be a little stressful purchasing a car I noticed the salesperson wasn't really pushy when trying to negotiate. I can't think of anything really bad to say but I noticed my car did not have the antenna attached in the middle of the back top Hood area but eventually I found it in the glove box and I attached it myself at the house which was no big deal the radio connection now sounds much better after I attached it.”

And I was beginning to feel hopeless until I spoke to Robert and Jessica w/ 2020 Auto.I was rear ended and pushed into another vehicle. Needed my front and rear end replaced. They even repaired prior “fixed” areas that a previous shop did. They worked with my insurance (State Farm) And now my 2018 Mustang GT has never looked better and I will suggest everyone to contact 2020 Auto. Amazing work and amazing service.”
