He was incredibly personable, friendly, easy to talk to, and made sure everything was clear and comfortable throughout the process. It genuinely felt more like having a conversation than sitting through a finance appointment.

Nour was the perfect person to finish off an already great experience. She arrived with my car, made sure it was detailed, put on the temporary plates, gassed it up for me, and made sure everything was ready before I left. She was incredibly sweet, friendly, and genuinely seemed excited for me, which made finally getting the keys feel even more special.

The entire experience was a 10/10. There were no games, no unnecessary pressure, and I never felt like anyone was trying to push me into something I didn’t want. I absolutely love my new Accord and feel like I made the right choice not only in the vehicle, but also in the dealership I chose to buy it from.

The worker suggested I check for warranty and I had my battery replaced immediately which was so helpful. I highly recommend coming to Auto Zone and especially recommend it against going for an auto repair shop and having them up charge you for nonsense.”

“The manager, Maria was fantastic! I called to make sure my battery was still under warranty and it was, so she advised me to come in and explained exactly what they would do.

I ended up needing a replacement and since it was still under warranty, they replaced it, completely free of charge. She even called out how the battery wasn’t mounted properly the previous time it was changed, and mounted it correctly. No hassle, no upselling, just quick, kind service.

Also, while I was briefly waiting, there was some confusion about who was waiting in line and who was next. Maria immediately noticed the confusion and sorted it out so that the next person in line was in fact the next person helped.

“Honest, helpful, and professional shop. I came in with a small scrape on my Tesla’s front bumper and some fender trim that had popped out a little. They took the time to check it carefully, polished the scuff marks, explained what could be cleaned up, and gave me honest advice instead of trying to upsell me into unnecessary repairs.

I’m a student, and this was my first time dealing with a car scrape, so I was honestly pretty nervous and worried. In my mind, I thought fixing even a small issue like this might cost me almost two weeks of part-time pay. But they were very understanding, kind, and considerate of my situation.
