“No one anticipates an accident, but if you are like me (a pretty good driver who hadn't been in an accident~20years) I was so scared of navigating the insurance, where to go to get my car fixed, or what was I going to drive to work?!? Blanca at Sneider's was the first person I was in contact with after a referral from my mechanic. I called my insurance and thank God they approved me to go here. Luis (go Niners!) helped me and answered all my questions and concerns and Veronica called me and updated me EVERY DAY!!! This staff is hard working, polite and understanding! “Went to 4 Wheel Parts to day because my AMP steps were not working. The sales guy went out to my Jeep to see if he could find the issue. After trying a few things they still did not work. The other gentleman in the shop, (I wish I got his name) had the mechanic come out to the Jeep to troubleshoot the issue. Within a few minutes he was able to find the issue and fix it in the parking lot without even charging. Great customer service.This is my go to place whenever I want different mods that I can't do myself.”
