Stop by AutoZone yesterday . Friend bought a quart oil lift up his SUV hood.. and could not get the oil cap off. It was extremely tight. He was very upset cuz his light was on. I told him AutoZone people are really cool I have them put on my windshield wipers every time.. he went in, man came out with a big wreck did a hard pull and add twist it off . Thank you AutoZone for your great customer service

We need a steering wheel cover. There were a large selection of steering wheels covers on the shelf. The sale clerk was very helpful and friendly. The store was staffed with employees. We were waited on right away. There’s a large parking lot in front of the store.

One of the worst AutoZone's I hate going here staff is lazy not very helpful bad attitude since the day they open till current day I stop by every two or three months hoping they have a better manager like a train their staff to be more but every time it's a disappointment I will try to avoid going here you need help they rather put you aside than do their job.

Easily the worst Autozone experience in over 20 years being a customer of AutoZone. The young lady that seems to be the manager there acts like she has to cover Duralast battery warranty out of pocket. You can tell even her own co-workers don't like her. When I asked a question to the other worker there, they seemed nervous to answer anything and defer the question for her to answer instead. Other locations have always been a breeze, except this one. Seems like a very toxic environment in there.
