Got seated immediately however took 30+ minutes for a chef to come out. If you looked around, other tables were waiting on their cook. Food was good, but it’s small portions. Also, each meal is about $45+ so get ready to spend a lot.

Parking: Parking was so bad. Couldn't find parking for about half an hour and ended parking very far away from the restaurant

This dinner was spectacular. The chef put on a great show for us and it tasted amazing. The speed of everything was really good as well. It didn't take too long for any part of the service to happen so it moved along at a great pace. Thanks very much and will definitely go back again!

6 pm reservation, seated 50 mins late. Serviced another 20 minutes late. Front Service were terrible. Bathroom overflowing with trash n smell. The worst has no soap or paper towel or toilet paper inside. Very unhygienic.

I had a reservation for 6:45 PM but didn't leave until 9 PM. Ordered within 30 min of being sat which was around 7:10 - 7:15 but the chef didn't come out for another hour at around 8:15 ish. Luckily the salad and soup came out not long after we ordered. But since the chef took long, I just needed food for being so hungry but the food was just ok at best. Didn't get a reasoning for what took so long.

Love this location.. Over all yesterday's experience was awesome overall Our server was overwhelmed unfortunately my appetizer was cold because I was hungry i jus ate it, drinks we had to ask other servers for refills, but luckily our chef and food were excellent..

After the pandemic it's just not the same anymore. The server did not clear dishes after the meal and left them all over the counter. Not just our table, but every single one of them. The chef mixed up the order, not once but twice. Since the Sam's Club closed down and a collectible show opened at that address, parking has become even more a challenge on weekends. I will think very hard before go back for another visit.

Put us in a back room and forgot about us. The room had empty boxes around us and a falling ceiling tile with a gaping hole in it. Sat us at our reservation time, but after serving us soup and salad right away and taking our order, dissappear for over an hour. I was chosen from the table to go in search of help, and given the commission to not return without some kind of food. Couldn't find our server, so I made my way to the host at the front of the restaurant to let him know that we were waiting for someone to cook our food. He apologized, and 15 min later, a chef showed up to cook our food. We ended up being there for 2.5hrs because of the delay. Food tasted good but was a pretty miserable experience.

I had a reservation for 2:15pm and didn't get seated till 2:45pm. Ordered from the dinner menu and our soup had one mushroom and a few green onions. They had no onions for the day according to our server. We were offered no lunch menu even though we were there for lunch. On a more positive note our chef was a five start professional!

I being going to benihana for valentines day for 10 years, and i never had such a bad experience as yesterday. We were seating at the back in the corner and the waitress forgot about us. Her excuse was that she tough someone else had the table. I got a mosquito in my drink and I was not able to get a new one. And of course I order a $10.00 dollar drink and it was overcharged.Needles to say I paid $200.oo and was not worth it.

Everything is always nice and smooth. Regarding our cook, this was our second time with him and he seems to be shy to do a bit more during his show. We have had other cooks in past times so I know what to expect. Plus he always misses our daughters side of noodles.

Always a great place to eat. Had the privilege of eating with the manager from the Ontario location. He was out for dinner and came to the Puente Hills location. You could clearly see the pride of working for Behihana. He explained many practices and processes. It added a great experience for my wife and I. We enjoyed the chef, the food, and the company. Nice evening!

Celebrated my birthday! Chef Jacob and our server (I didn't catch her name) were outstanding! Jacob was very personable, and our food tasted amazing! Best experience by far! Ask to be seated at Chef Jacob's table!

Horrible!!!! The chef was terrible from the start. He burned the eggs for the fried rice. He burned the onions m, and couldnt complete any of his fancy tricks. Honestly, we were wondering if he was drunk. The food was DISGUSTING!!!! I'll post a photo if this review allows. As I mentioned, the rice was horrible with burned eggs and burned onions. People in my group all asked for the steak to be “Medium Well”... he overcooked the steak to well done. Then responded and said... oops sorry. I asked for teriyaki and he told me they didn't have any... which was a lie. Overall HORRIBLE experience. However, I want to be fair to this business... other chefs all seemed to be sober. They were all talking and laughing with their respective stations and they food seemed to not be burned from what I could see. So if you visit this location... HOPE AND PRAY that you get a good chef.

Go with friends and enjoy good food stake, fish ,scallops , lobster ,chicken they have it
