Avoid Stephanie for banking services.
She is irresponsible and ineffective at handling key tasks. I visited the bank to open an account for promotional offer. However, she repeatedly pushed for me to open a credit card instead. When she finally assisted with opening the accounts, she forgot to apply the promo code, causing me to lose the promotional benefits.
To make matters worse, she informed me that my debit card will come later than the credit card, which I understood. After waiting 3 weeks and calling customer service, I discovered she never placed the order for my debit card.
Don't go here, find another Chase! They lack attention to detail and are not helpful!!!

Came here for some documentation, and was helped by Vivian Chen, she was pleasant at first, but when she came back with my documents, it was like she was a different person, very dismissive and bluntly rude. Very bad customer service on her part.

The bankers don't feel like they want to serve their customers. The attitude I got was, "we can't help you, bye!" The banker I had, she didn't even try to offer any other service or suggestion, nothing! Her office is the first one on the right hand side. Our conversation ended in less than a minute. She really needs to to learn what customer service is all about.

If I could rate below one star I would do it. This branch has the worst customer service. The Chinese employee gave priority and allow customer who speaks chinese to cut in and ignore me on singing in for service. This is a discrimination issue.

This is the worst branch that i have ever been to, they are bad service awareness, refusal to admit mistakes, and also stubborn. Last time I came here, they even insulted other customers in front of me, their customer service is really poor.

There are many Chinese employee bankers here, which feels very strange. It seems that they are trying to compare with other employees for their own performance. The service is very bad. 3/23/2023 My wife and I came here to open a joint account for husband and wife. The person who received us was a pregnant female employee. I have always used Bank of America and do not have a Chase account. My wife already has a Chase account. She checked my wife's savings and tried to trick us into saying whether we should buy a house or not. Maybe she thought it was a waste of time to open an account for us, and she wanted to pick up the next Chinese customer. She actually fooled me and said that my SSN was stolen and asked me to call the police immediately. I want to see that she doesn't hide the information she found. I immediately returned home and called the Chase theft ID reporting department. When they checked, no one had used my SSN to open an account. I contacted and downloaded three more mainstream credit agencies, and everything was normal. Therefore, the Chinese employees here are very snobbish. If they find that her help for you will hinder their efforts to earn Commotions and affect her reception of the next customer, they will find a way to get rid of you. I will definitely discuss it with their manager later.
