Be prepared to have to call back multiple times if you actually need to speak to someone at this branch; I spent a morning continually calling, only to be told that the branch was busy and I was being transferred for immediate assistance from the customer service hotline. But, since I was calling to see about new bills, the hotline was unable to help me. Once the call was actually answered by someone at the branch they were helpful; unable to give me new bills since, so they told me, the treasury wasn't printing new ones. Or, at least thats what I think they said since the connection was horrific and kept cutting out, like he was on a cellphone instead of a landline. I know it wasn't me because I was actually on a landline.

Jay has been outstanding in providing services to me, informative on new accounts set up, incentives, online banking, ATM operations, I have utilized his services for over a year while mobilized between USA and Asia counties. He is very responsive to communications as well as follow through, and have made my banking experience smoothly. Not only I was treated friendly and professionally, but he goes out of his way to ensure everything is done right the first time, highly recommended!

If I I could give this branch zero stars I would. Came in at 12:50 and was told someone could help me open a checking account after her appointment leaves. The manager comes out and says we are all booked up for the day but you can wait. She then sends another teller to let me know they can't help me after I waited 30 minutes. Citi should be ashamed of themselves with this horrible customer service. Definitely going to bank with another institution.

I walked in at 12:40 today to open a bank account. Wrote my name on the wait list and someone came and greeted me at 1pm. Then she told me to "make an appointment to come back next week" ... because they close at 2pm. It's one thing if you want to leave early .. that's fine. But don't tell your customer you close at 2pm and then turn us away an hour before you close.

I really don't know what word to describe how terrible this bank is! All they know is charge the service and late fee. I paid all the balance and it still showing I owes them and with another late fee! Why they didn't clear even get my money?? Where another late fee come from ? Your service is terrible! All you know is sucking money from customers! I use to like Citibank until today! Not anymore!

I went into the bank to open a checking account. The personal banker that assisted me didn't go straight into products, she talk to me a little to find out what I am looking for after some conversation she gave me the recommendations that would benefit me and get me more bonus. After the account opening, the banker walk me to the teller line and the teller was pleasant and cheerful. The wait was a bit longer than I expected but I've waited longer at the other banks so no complaints :) I wasn't expecting this kind of experience from a mainstream bank, I dealt with other mainstream banks and all they did was just ask me what I want and they give me what I want. Overall experience was 10/10! They also offering referral bonus which I will be telling to all my friends and family.

Stopped by the other day to apply for a credit card and the rep saw me right away and got straight to the point which I appreciate. She was super friendly and knew a lot about the benefits of the credit card and she was able to merge my online accounts and call the credit card company for me so I don't have to deal with it.

Made an appointment with Heidi the banker at 10am to open an account. She cancelled my appointment so i decided to walk in and found out she is there providing service to someone else. Probably one of the worst customer service you would receive at a bank.

I've been with Citibank for about 20 years. For the most part I've gotten great customer service from all branches I've been to, including this one which is now my home branch. The only time I've been pist off is with a phone call I had with one of their out of country phone customer service reps...but that is with most companies nowadays! But happy with Citi and this branch.
