Very unprofessional. Went to go look for bobby-pins to give to my cousins but forgot my wallet so I couldn’t pay, so I was just twisting it around since it was satisfying. Then all of the sudden an employee took it away so I was wondering what was going on. She thought I was stealing. Even before that, she kept loudly whining about want to get off of of work. She even kept making moaning sounds. I was very uncomfortable. Would never come here again.

Sharon is amazing! She held my order in store because i was having trouble logging in online to checkout. Once there she helped my husband pick out rings for his princess! She even matched the price online. Thanks a bunch you made my daughter super happy.

Made an appointment, came all the way here. They said they couldn't do it because my baby is not 2 months yet. Perfect, follow your policies but tell me online that you can't and don't make me waste my time.

Well I went to the back of the store, I was told to get out in a mean way. I don't mind if I am told to get out but she said it in a rude way. The same thing happened with my baby cousin as he dropped something. It's fine if they tell me but she could have told me in a good way. Because of this, we didn't end up buying anything. I would not recommend this door to anyone unless you want to be treated this way.I went in at approximately 6:45 PM on Sept 3 so Chech your security cameras. I hope you learn this lesson so it doesn't happen to you

Came in to ask for a health certificate for sanitation of ear piercing (or whatever Claire's calls it on their end). Sharon who helped me and gave me the district managers number and told me to call the corporation was just slightly rude and made me feel d*** when she told me "maybe you should have read the whole agreement/policy before signing" I brushed it off and ignored it but honestly for someone who's been there 26 years they need work on their customer service tone and demeanor. Also as soon as I walked away she started laughing not sure what was so funny as no type of conversation could result from that besides the one with me but hey that's all hearsay, right? Should be a one star but she let me call the DM so I can leave a complaint so there's 2 stars.

Just bought two squishmallows products from this store... It says product scented on the bag. After opening bags., I found out that one of them doesn't have scent inside which smells nothing . I went back to the store and asked for return ,but they didn't let me . They said "we don't accept any return if box/bag is opened ,that's our policy " How do I know it's not scented if I don't open the bag ????? I mean ..it's a defective product why Can't I return it ????? They asked me to call "squishmallows customer service " . Wow..... amazing! There were two cashiers , one was black the other one was white(maybe white Mexican not sure ). The black girl was fine but the other one was rude, didn't even wanna help, Her attitude was really bad,might needs better training for being a cashier . Such a bad shopping experience at Claire's puente hills mall.

Mistakenly took my 5 year to get her ears pierced here. Despite the marks that were even, the piercings are not even. The cleaner they give you is bleach. The posts are too short. I asked several times for clarity on the length of posts and the lady just kept saying "it's up to you" how the heck am I supposed to know the appropriate length? The piercing earrings are not sharp but blunt like a regular earring. One of my daughters ears bled when we removed the earrings because the back is on so tight. Her ears were healed and not hurting at all, it was just near impossible to get them out. The new earrings we bought at Clair's are too short so we barely got the backs on. Also it cost over $100 which was not clear. The lady kept jabbering on about 3 week cleaner v 6 week cleaner and rattling off prices. The whole thing was ridiculous. We should've walked out but I was trying to keep my promise to my daughter that she could get earrings on her bday. Go to Showdown Tattoo instead. Carlos is amazing and knows all about piercings and is clear on how to clean them safely without bleach! And his pricing is up front.

Manager was very rude and unprofessional, she like 60+ years and wears a small backpack with her at while working. I just thinks that’s kind of creepy for her age . Maybe hire younger people, very disturbing too see .

Me and my friend just came in and we were not even greeted. Then Sharon says what do you guys want in a very rude manner. Somebody needs to re train her. Customer service was not there. I recommend coming when Sharon is not working.

Just got my daughters ear pierced. For her 8 th birthday she wanted a second hole . Kharisma helped us out and she was amazing with my daughter. My daughter tends to take a very long time to choose something it could be a bit frustrating for people but Kharisma was so patience and kind . She pierced them perfect . They are taking precautions during this time and letting only so many people in at a time and when getting her ear pierced everybody was 6 feet apart mask required and also hand sanitizer available during checkout.

Great place for shopping
